I will like to read any research stating we have 30m Catholics in Nigeria, I only read it in an interview grant by the Cardinal Onaiyekan if am not mistaken. I know as an archbishop and cardinal he probably will be right but I can't really see any documented proof so far.

Am sorry to tell you sir, that statistics are not based on sentiments or feelings, but FACTS. Things sometimes change.

As much as I believe the research isn't trying to be sentimental, it isn't true that Anglicans are larger than Catholics in Nigeria.
From wiki we have 18m Anglican in Nigeria and 18-19m Catholics in Nigeria according to whatever statistic taken some years back.
According to one of the interview recently, a Catholic bishop in Nigeria said there are approximately 30m Catholics in Nigeria. This though am yet to verify and I don't think this is actually the purpose of this thread.

Well this is the number of Catholic world over.
But having read all the facts I can find on wikipeadia and beyond, am yet to see any that prove Anglicans are larger than Catholics in Nigeria.
