coldcandy: Thanks a lot sir. Swapping the position of the visitor's toilet and kitchen is a great idea since the kitchen window will add to the parlour's ventilation. Also piping of toilet waste. However the entrance door is where it is to create a little room in balcony for clothes hanger, ac outdoor unit, gas cylinder or even inverter batteries (would have been gen but for the obvious reasons). |

ahiboilandgas: With the oversubscription CBN gets albeit a low interest rate, I think it's time to kiss goodbye to double digits NTB interest rates. Plus it supports it's aspirations of CBN wanting Nigerian investors to put money into the real economy than trying to tie it down in fixed income investment. 1 Like |

ArcToyin: Actually the plan is to have 12nos of this in total in a two (2) storey building. This is purely commercial. Kindly mention me in an old thread or share your mobile if you don't mind. |

mufutau55: Much appreciated sir. Actually the plan is to have 12nos of this in total in a two (2) storey building. This is purely commercial. Most builders here add that to increase the rental value as it is rented 450 - 500k here in Surulere. |

So, prior to the construction of the famous Onitsha Bridge in 1966, how were people traveling to the East? Well, in the early 1960s, travels across the river Niger to the eastern part of Nigeria was achieved with the means of river ferries of various sizes. Below are photographs showing travelers at the jetties and landing points at Asaba end of the river in 1961. SyberKate: The issue is not the turn over at the end of the day, its a problem of ability to forecast, predict and faith in a particular currency pair appreciating against the other. For real estate that is a tangible asset you can hold unto. 1 Like 1 Share |

1. Is the land/area water logged? 2. What documents are available for the land? 3. Are your fees or the land cost negotiable? 4. Can you share any pictures of the area to show if it's a developed area or still far from developing? 5. Related to no.4 Are people already living around or is it safe to develop immediately? |

In my opinion, I think the Next Of Kin Hierarchy is key. I stand to be corrected... In order to qualify as next of kin in this situation, a person must be over 18-years-old. The relationships listed below usually apply to biological, adoptive, half-, and step-relations equally. Spouse/domestic partner Children Parents Siblings Authorized guardian Grandchildren Great-grandchildren Nieces and nephews Grand-nieces and grand-nephews Grandparents Aunts and uncles First cousins Great-grandchildren of Grandparents Second cousins Fiduciary (a legally appointed trustee) In some states, a close friend who is familiar with the deceased’s wishes may qualify as next of kin if no one on the above list is available or able. |

selfwife: What if the mother is able to pull herself together and has a preference over how the disposition of the remains should go? This is usually the case where there are wide difference in tribal and religious inclinations of either parties. What do you think? |

Hello, Why are you using alternate monikers to hype and reference your sale? prisho7: spautos: pswglobal: This is fraudulent!!! If you have a great product, it will sell without using deceptive posts to sway unsuspecting potential buyers. These are the kinds of practise that is making NL loose its integrity by the day. PS: No picture of your product, no address, no price tag
