@planetuzor...u got some tinz mixed-up. i wasnt referring doctors wt university grades but the intellectual gap btw Persons relevant to the subject matter. my perceptions is built in a definite case of yes is yes & no is no. a research done by a foreign doctor says naija varsity admits mostly average brains for mbbs,what happen to d best brains? why wud an hardworking student decides to undermine his dedication for sometin less? to me,if all tinz being equal,an overtime lower credit student is no match 4 distinction unless some exceptional factor which is secretly conserved but not exhibited. i'm not identifying a lower credit student as one who has the potential of a distinction but not exhibiting such intellectuals due to several factors frm peer group,family problems,temporary health issues,pride,sudden laziness,etc but i'm identifying a lower credit student has some1 who has been tasted overtime as a lower student due to weak academic foundation. |

DEBATE btw Planetuzor & Dankylove permit me to b more explicit on my views, like u said school is a place where the excellent,good,average or poor students have equal pedestrain to compete. indeed true but alot of factors are involved to give edge over another,hence its a jungle where survival is keen. below are some of the factors; 1.the level of knowledge acceptance & evaluation is not same. 2.effective reading skills/technics 3.foundational advantages 4.level of academic participation 5.brain/memory efficiency is not same 6.course adaptation-this is so deep to elucidate because my finger dey pain me. The factors are endless based on human's ideology & limitation but the only exception is when God decides to turn a dullard to number.1 overnight cos nothing is impossible with him.. |

That they have admitted FSP and Lower credit student doesn't mean they will produce half baked n inefficient graduates. that's why its called a sch, its a place whr both the low credit n distinction students are meant to be trained to a world class level.. Once u guys are all admitted to the same 2ooL then its an equal pedestrian for whoever to prove himself for the next 3yrs afresh..... So don't be surprised FSP may just pick up along the line to become top of the class.Bros it is easier said than done. the gap btw a distinction holder from a lower credit holder is too wide. u cant compare a house whose foundation stands on a rock to sand. although changes is inevitable but it is so rare,its like a camel passing 2ru a needle eye.hence,its only possible because of God's factor. It is not compulsory that the person shud be a regular visitor to jail or serve prolong years in prison but shud be a Nigeria whose philosophy can be compared to mandelas' cutting across our ethnic & religious sentiments. a common hausa man may not know the impact of fela kuti or achebe. who might that Nigerian be that CNN could cover his/her Burial arrangements? |
