@Op... Did you pray about it? doing things others do might be misleading most times. in as much Mr A is able to succeed on something doesn't make it practically possible for Mr B. This is because you may start transport business n face much more unforseen challenges than ur friend such as repeated assaults from Lasma (which we know is not good for business) or possible accident/death. |
Politics › Open Letter To Mr President - Concerned Nigerian by SalvationMopol(op): 8:51pm On May 15, 2016 |
Dear Mr President I av carefully scrutinized the 2016 budget but the only clause is the #500billion earmarked as palliative measures for 1million Nigeria's Youths/Graduates - #5000 per head. I would suggest rather than give the said amount to 1million Nigerians which might not be sustainable, the money can be use to create Entrepreneurial Hubs, each located in the six geopolitical zones. A public-private partnership targeted to raise the gear of the economy through Tech-Entrepreneurship. There, graduates can be trained with up-to-date skills and know how needed to fill several gaps lagging the society. Thereafter, soft loans of not less than #100,000 be given per head for startups. With this, I believe is sustainable and will largely reduced the unemployment rate currently faced by the country. #SenseAdvocate © Dike |

butanep: It is time people know the fact that your Bsc or Msc doesn't guarantee you a job in Nigeria nowadays. Nigeria has trun to man know man in terms of getting jobs.
Bros think outside the box and see what you can do to create wealth and cave a nitch for yourself. Only lazy people rely 100% on their certificate to make life meaningful for them.
Certificate is just a bonus but what you can do to make wealth is the real deal.
Life is tough in Nigeria. that's exactly my point bro. may Jah hammer your head with Oil of wisdom |

TeeAL: Thank you for your post. I am actually looking at life in academics as i just got a supervisor for my Phd which will i will be starting this year. However, what worries is the fact I havent been able to secure anything even though i am ready to work for any amount at all. If some one can be jobless with an Msc what are the odds he wont be jobless with a Phd? Life in Nigeria is truly tough. liken to what I said earlier u still want to waste another money to get PhD. I don't blame u is ur rich sponsor I blamed. must life b about competition. A PhD with no experience in teaching or industrial work functions amount to nothing. #start cultivation |
