I got admission twice with PEA after my Physics degree but couldn't start it cos of funds. I solicited for scholarship but to no avail. My state didn't respond neither did the Federal Scholarship Board did anything close to it.

Get to the right school, have good experience that will qualify you for prospective job and the sky is your limit.

Organizations has the sole rights on how to test their candidate. I am not an affiliate to where you applied and sure my option won't count.

I know a few folks they did that too. I was also tested in a British standard exams in a school I am currently teaching.
