Lil Kesh there Whatever you do, be good. Age regardless, upbringing immaterial. Your background doesn’t mean your back should be on the ground. Trust the process and never give up. Success finally is not what you have, it is not what you do; it is who you are, and what you want to become of yourself. These are virtues I sensed in the lifestyle of that young man Keshinro Ololade. Bash him all you can. I’m not passing comments about his music (as that’s the only thing you may be tempted to have against him anyway), I distill his lifestyle and look deeper into how at age 18 he could transform his family’s fortune doing what he knows how to best (although with help from some elders), not to excuse the fact that he maintains a gentle pose towards life. Forget moral delinquency (he’s into showbiz, he has to, to ace his game), that’s a model for young people there. If not every part of his life but that which preaches ‘no excuse is potent enough to make you build a failed fortune’. YAGI I Stan!

Harrisee:Can this chucklesome slang of a government ‘is in the hands of God stop already?’ In my humble opinion, it is the most absurd excuse by any government to shy away from responsibilities and deny her people of good governance. Governance in a democratic regime is a social contract where the people submit some of their rights to the legitimate government having identified it as capable of attending to their needs and in return, the government compliments the people’s submission by utilizing state’s resources to give the people dividends of democracy. Adequate security inclusive. Anything short of this is crap and worse still, claiming only God can come down to intervene in a state or that the affairs of a badly run state is in the hands of God is not just a lie against God deserving of an heavenly-thunderous slap but much more, a statement to the people that ‘see o, this load is too much for us to handle and we are incapable of being trusted to deliver your needs although we’re not fat enough to keep pocketing your money. Weneed your prayers to bring God down to solve these issues. The salaries we’re getting off your hard earned tax returns are only your foolish way of enriching us and our families cos we’re not working as God is the only one capable of working these out And if anyone dare says the slang is only figurative, the government can as well, figuratively sacrifice their monthly figures to the gods as offerings and watch how their state would evolve to Luxembourg in one year. In the words of Sam Adeyemi, if prayers make things happen, Nigeria would be the best place on earth and even probably, contesting with heaven. ![]() Lazy, incompetent folks. ![]()

Last night was the premier of Bling Lagosians. What caught my attention was Don Jazzy’s outfit which is strange for all the obvious reasons. Below are some twitter comments on the Agbada worn by the Mavin’s boss. The interviewer wasn’t left out of the show as well.

An online commentator with the Instagram handle ‘@bold pink has come under fire after a failed attempt to blast Naira Marley fans for the alleged violent act against a Nigerian Singer in the UK over the weekend. She however got more than she bargained for as heavy criticisms hit her for the controversial post. While many saw her desperation to ride on the rave of the moment’s matter for trends, many others hit at her for her incoherent speeches and some others ridiculing her for her ‘not so good’ outfit. Attached are some comments on her page.

We know her type already. Controversial to secure attention. What’s his looks got to do with her life? His looks made him a citizen of England, Aunty ‘ ‘good looks’ perhaps haven’t even stepped into an immigration office for passport inquiries before. His looks see him command about 1,000,000 followers on IG. Aunty good looks is yet to have 10k followers despite her controversial poses and rauncy dresses. His looks see him smiling to the bank raking in daily payments from his YouTube videos many of which have millions of views already, features, shows Et al. Until people learn to mind their business as Simi and Falz advised ehn, they won’t stop being laughing stocks and scapegoats (Even Marley was a scapegoat in EFCC’s hands for not minding his business. Ruggedman almost beaten dead for not minding his business too). What an erratic and comedic display this young lady just fed us with? I advise she engages in more productive ventures rather than trying to secure cheap attention by inciting controversies from the rave of the movement; NM. Stay Alive.

Value of what would have dropped? You definitely goofed on that. He has over 5x publicity and demands for his music over this saga. His most recent controversial video has well over a million views in just a week. That's something they celebrate big in the industry here. He's definitely going to leverage on this boost his image has now to catapult his career.. I look forward to tomorrow. If found guilty, he should serve (I pray the court pity him into reduced serving time tho) and if innocent, my guy he has then become the latest Nigerian legend after M.K.O Abiola. The latter which is the prayer of Marlians I believe has the greatest weight on the scale as it stands. |
“MC Oluomo was known to be one of the biggest patrons of the Yoruba movie industry and always supporting them financially.” He makes them happy by patronizing and sponsoring them. Can same be said of the families he and his cohorts have brought sadness to? A good number of families would forever feel the pains inflicted by MC and co. She should have rephrased it as ‘Mc makes Nollywood a happy place’.

~ RichboyfrmDelta:~ Saraki, President of the law making arm. Overseer of hundreds of reps who stand in for millions of people. Please lecture sir on how the role of the no 1 law maker culminate chairing petroleum activities. Have you questioned that slowpoke who is the minister for petroleum and doubles as the sole administrator of the BMC which you serve as a mere member. There’s the Separation of Power clause upheld by the constitution which is the grundnorm. Saraki as the no 3 man in Nigeria states the obvious which is that corruption abounds in the oil sector of Nigeria. Tell me how he has offended you. Illustrate how his statement reduces your BMC allowance by the end of January. Try better next time bro.
