I know very little about Nigerian law but I think the OP needs to try other methods to reset his brain. If they do not work, then she might consider divorce if she cannot live with it. However she needs to keep those messages and pictures as evidences. It will come in handy in the court of law.

I'm only giving reasons why some women stay in a dead marriage .they know they don't have a choice so they stay there enduring the violence hoping that one day their children WIll become millionaires and take them away from their misery.

he needs EVIDENCE

e.g tip toeing into them then snapping them in the act. While at it he should turn off the camera flaslight and the sound before snapping them.if he's more daring he should put small camcoder under the chair In the room or on top of the wardrobe.

He shouldn't let either the househelp or uncle know he knows what's going on.each day he should be changing the location of the camcoder so that no one will notice it.

E.g. if he puts it on top of the wardrobe today he should put it inside the transparent thrash can tomorrow
