the kind of confidence you will exude, you will not be waiting for days and be passing up trading opportunities in order to get your psychology right

First, I'll look at higher timeframe like 4 hours, 1 day, and 1 week, to get the overall direction of the market.

Second, I'll then wait for the market to retest the support zone if I'm to buy, or retest the resistance zone if I'm to sell.

Third, I'll proceed to use lower timeframe like 1 minute, 5 minutes and 15 minutes, for a sniper entry. This helps reduce the amount I'm risking.

Four, Stop loss will be put behind my entry in a position that if the market reverse or reaches, invalidate my entry.

The only way a clean trade like this can be lost is if there's a break in market structure, or a stop hunt.

By the way this chart looks like Gold.

Don’t trade tomorrow..

First look away from that account for the next 3 days. Do as if the account no matter to you or to your life, one bit. Just randomly open your chart and stare blankly at those candles sticks especially daily TF, and act as if they don't really exist - like your happiness is not coming from their existence, at all. Like without the forex market, your whole being is yours and yours alone.

Then on the fourth day, when you open ur MT4/MT5, do not rush to want to place a trade, as if you have fallen behind, a lot. Instead, just search thru for ur kind of setup. And if you see one and the setup would be Buy, tell yourself out loud, 'this is a Buy setup!.' Then close it. And come back after 3 hours and see if it bought. It does bought, congratulate yourself and say, 'this sh!t is not hard, afterall!' Smile more broadly and mutter I CAN DO IT to yourself and then begin to really DO IT.

I have been following this awesome thread since last year, I feel like this is the right time to appreciate all the bosses in the house. Although I never wanted to say this but I think gratitude is the key if life!

I reached out to one of the bosses in the house via email, oga no show face and I became a pest, January @ galleryeasy bought a $10k evaluation challenge account for me, I was in shock when he said " guy this is new yr, please manage it and scale your way up there". I got the account n blew it up in the second phase. I was so pissed and ashamed to tell him want happened, but later summoned the courage to tell him, he instructed that I should use competitions to build strong trading psychology and I went for TFT and MFFX competitions .

I don't literally know where to start ,it been God day in and out.

This is the second TFT Competition challenge account I have won this year, the last one was $50k which I passed the second phase tonight, I will update us once I receive the account login credentials. Last month I won another $25k
account. By Gods grace the plan is to end the yr with $200k . Thanks guys ! @ galleryeasy sorry I can't hold it any longer sir, much respect 🙏

The truth is many traders who do not have their sh!t together run very quickly to buy these programs.

When boss infofirst been evaluate me by himself, he made sure to not discourage me but I knew within myself that I was not ready. To put that thought to the test, me sef purchase one program too but your guess is as good as mine

The problem was not my strategy but psyche and I know it. I've spent a great deal of time building a strategy and demo testing it but the prospect of a "big" live account was too much for my mind to handle so I con dey flop.

Since I know the problem, what am I doing? I'm fixing it. E no get plenty people wey go agree say na their fault. If me sef get money to open prop firm company, I go run am .

Prop firm is a good business same way gambling and alcohol are good businesses because humans beings are too emotional to be accountable to themselves. Only accountable traders are actually getting well paid through these programs.
