SirJeffry:PDP has always been trending with corruption. The same old thieves hoping to get back into power to continue looting and stop the war against corruption. Its a pity that Nigerians that were victims of their thievery will still back them out of sentiments. PDP needs rebranding with new set of people and then we can trust them with the country's resources. |
kocvalour:Husband was a professor of law at 33 and now acting president. Wife is a grandchild of Awolowo. Tell me how your life matches to that. You need to ask God for forgiveness, in order to have progress you need to appreciate others success. |
Bros. Find the best and most political way to get her out of your house. That one is just too far. |
jumobi1:Try and check and you will realise that even Enugu has one of the lowest IGR.80% or more of the states totally depend on the center. This man has just said the bitter truth. |
Chadotik:You are very correct. People are relocating fast out of the city, i can count 4 friends who have sold there or in the process of selling their houses to relocate. It is really becoming scary, only God can protect someone in PH. |
The main concern is that Nigeria must find alternative means of generating revenue or the unthinkable will happen. History has proven that there were different dispensations and we are about to see the end of the oil age. There was a time in history that it was all about steel, then coal before oil and gas but now it's about IT and renewable energy. We all thought oil could last till 2050 but with the rate of technological advancement, I bet if our children will believe there was a time oil and gas rule the world. |
loswhite:Bros, which Nigerian bank can give 16 billion dollars for the refinery he is building in Lagos when our Nigeria 2017 budget is about 26 billion Dollars or which bank will give someone money when they are not sure he can pay back. All the discos and Nitel that has been sold before with loans from Nigeria banks, where are they but tell me one venture of this Dangote that is not doing well. |
NwaObinkita:Bros I hope you have an idea of the number foreign banks and foreign investors willing to invest in any Dangote Venture. His brand attracts billions in Dollars, how many Nigeria businessmen have this clout. The majority of other businessmen are importers and contractors who are looking for short-term profit. How many businessmen are also willing to invest in regions or businesses that are unfavourable? What we need now is a system that works and Dangote is one of the few that works in Nigeria. |
TippyTop:And people are relocating from PH every day because of insecurity. |
mars123:The most important thing is that some daughters are returned to their parents and we rejoice with them. The politics behind the whole thing will be opened one day meanwhile we need to watch what we say when we are not sure because of Karma. I pray no one's child is taken away from them. |
Nonybb:Better than 1 billion Naira in people's pocket. |
1Rebel:Bros, do your research well. This woman was MD of the lucrative PPMC well before 2015 when she was moved to MD of retail Marketing. She was later appointed MD of operations in 2016 before her sack this year. |
LoveMachine:We are organising a training on "10 ways to be a correct whistle blower". Step number one is: Identify a building locked up for more than 1 year with AC running. You have to buy our book or come for the training for the remaining 9 steps. All the best. ![]() |
[quote author=tbaba1234 post=55502720]] His name was not smuggled but the italian prosecutors were witch hunting PDP.Infact this is one of the lies of the ruling party. This is just a tip of the icebergs, the raping of Nigeria in the last 16 years was unprecedented. |
blackpanda:A clueless man begat a clueless protege and a wise man begat a wise protege (comparing with Lagos). |
I dont see any big deal in it. I work in a company thats among the first 3 in its sector in the country and the dress code allows traditional anyday of the week(from monday to friday). Most people wear senators or buba/ sokoto with cap as its more convenient than suit and tie. Some visitors are suprised when they see us on a monday morning in looking good in traditional but they eventually says its looks good. We just need to have a paradigm shift and it will look normal. |
Agimor:Our Hero of corruption, he must be indicted. |
buchilino:Because it takes about 2 months to buy, ship by sea and clear before it gets to market. |
Port Harcourt drivers are the craziest. The have no idea of traffic rules and the taxis drop passengers anywhere, even at the middle of the road. The big men with sirens and bus drivers drive "one way" on the major roads. If 3rd mainland bridge was in PH they will drive one way on it. The roads are not marked and a 3 lane road could turn to 7 lanes with cars facing different directions. I have been to many cities (Uyo, Ibadan, Lagos, Owerri, Enugu...) and by a mile PH is the worst place to drive. |
