GUIDELINES FOR E-EXAMINATION This is to inform you that the 2020_1 e-examinations start on Thursday, 15th October, 2020. Please take note of the following guidelines for the examinations: A Student’s Matriculation Number serves as his/her examination number. Only registered students will be allowed to sit for examinations. Students should write examinations at their designated centres. No more 30 minutes grace period previously allowed for candidates who arrive late. GST Exams are slated for Day 1 and 2, Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16, 2020 and starts at 7.30a.m; 11.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m respectively. Other e-exams starts on Saturday, October 17, 2020 and are slated for 8.00 a.m; 11.00 a.m. and 2.00p.m. respectively. You are to come into the hall with only your laminated Clearance Form You are to put on your I.D Card throughout the period of the examination You are to wear your face mask before being allowed into the examination hall Any activity or behavior which may be construed as examination misconduct or malpractice shall be liable to discipline in accordance with the University rules and regulations governing examination as contained in the Students’ Handbook Students must observe the Supervisor’s instructions regarding the commencement and end of an examination. Pagers, Smart Watch and Mobile phones are not permitted at all in the examination hall. Silence must be observed in the examination hall. Any student requiring the attention of the invigilator should raise his/her hand. NOUN UPDATE TO ALL NOUN STUDENTS IN LAGOS VICTORIA ISLAND STUDENTS are to take their E-exams at JKK building, ikorodu road, ilupeju Lagos APAPA and MUSHIN students are to take their E-exams at Victoria island study centre (Lagos study Centre) at Ahmadu bello way, victoria island Lagos. MCCARTHY students are to take their E-exams at MCCARTHY study centre. NO CHANGES IN LOCATION!

IMPORTANT NEWS FOR AMSC AND NURTW STUDENTS Candidates note as follows: I. Abuja Model Study Centre and NURTW students will take exams at another date to be announced, as their examination halls are undergoing major face-lifting. II. GST results will be processed together with 2020_1 physical POP examination to ensure exit candidates who would pass to graduate in the next convocation ceremony. III. The start off time for each session. IV. No late comers should be entertained. Students should arrive the venue at least 30 minutes before start off time on ETT. V. NCDC Covid -19 protocols must be observed by all candidates. VI. All examinations are to be taken as scheduled on ETT. VII. A minute late is as bad as 2hours lateness (Except where batching is inevitable) VIII. All session will end (automatically) as on the ETT. |
NOUN UPDATE 24-SEPT-2020 1) Please note that the ongoing POP exam is for Students from 300 level - 400 level final year, and post graduate students as well, 2) 100 level/200 level students should note that their exams are (E-examination...CBT), However, E-examination timetable is not yet out, we will update you all ones the timetable is out. 3) Post graduate/undergraduate students should note that ALL GST courses are e-examination.. 4) All students writing e-exam should get their past questions/course materials and start reading on time, e-examination may start October, immediately after the POP Exam. 5) If you have not gotten your clearance form, try and do so.. 6) All New students that submitted their credentials online for screening, should always check the school portal often for their matriculation number, please be patient while doing so.. 7) Admission is still on 8 ) Registration of courses, exams and carryover is ongoing, no closing date yet. EXAM STARTS TOMORROW ▪️As we all know that POP EXAM starts tomorrow please let take note of the followings. ☑Do you know anyone who you think might not be aware yet, please put a call through you wont spend up to 20 naira to save a career. ☑Ensure to get all necessary materials you will need for the exam, get your ⤵️ Exam clearance document, Past questions, ID card, Nose mask or Face shield, Pen and pencil and so on today, don't wait till tomorrow because a little pressure can be damaging and people that may want to help you out might be busy as well on a Monday morning. ☑Get to the Exam venue very early cause the school will not tolerate lateness. (If you live far away from the exam venue, try and wake up in time or lodge around) ☑Have plan not to cheat in the exam hall, make sure you don't write anything on your slip cause if you are caught you will be suspended for 2 semesters and don't talk to anyone in the exam hall any question should be directed to the invigilator. ▪️Pray for the best. Please once you see your course on the exam timetable go and sit for it don't let anyone confuse you that this exam is for exit level. ▪ Information is paramount now and everyone needs to be carried along. Notice to all Students in Apapa Study Centre Students who are yet to do clearance for 2020_1 examination should come with a printed copy of their clearance form, Remitta payment receipt, E-wallet and registration slips showing evidence of registered courses for the examination to the examination venue at Digital Bridge Institute (DBI)Cappa at Oshodi on Friday and Saturday September 2020 for examination clearance. Also all those that have done their clearance online should come to the examination venue ahead of time to pick up their clearance forms before the examination.
