darelar:
I suspend my master degree in 2015, after I wrote my final year exam at different center only to got F9 in all the 6 course I wrote in different center and got B in the only 1 one I wrote in my center. In all my tma, the least is 29/30 and I went to headquarter in Lagos if I can get my script to confirm my scores for exam but nothing. I was only advice to go and write those exam and am not happy because I don't really know what happened to my results. I forget about it but I was advice to go and round up. My question now is can I still go and continue where I stopped? And also I have 20k that I paid to school portal through remita and am yet to use it for registration. Can I still recover the money and make use of it?

Dear All,
You can start going to school from next week to submit your bio- data so that project supervisor can be assigned to you

When going, carry along a printed copy(hard copy) of your result that shows research methodology (FMS 304) ensure you pass that course, cos its the criteria.

And also go with N1500 for journal

The journal is a guideline on how to go about ur project and it is only sold in the faculty

The earlier you go, the better chance you have to start ur project ontime because once exams starts, the school supervisors will not have time for you...

So u are going with a bio-data, your result and 1,500

Lagos study centre only!

Please What should be done when you notice negative balance i e -20,000 in your portal.
YOUR WALLET BALANCE

Many of you repeatedly ask about the Negative numbers at your portal home page (-20,000) meanwhile I've told you that your WALLET BALANCE can now be found inside your wallet as follows:

STEP 1
Login to your portal at http/www.nouonline.net/stuser.php

STEP 2
Click on MANAGE WALLET

STEP 3
Click on VIEW WALLET

STEP 4
Scroll down (after payment into wallet and expenditures from the wallet)to the bottom of the page and you would see where it's written:

Your balance is...

NOTE: Whatever you see there is your balance. If it's negative then it's assumed you're owing the school but if it's positive, it's assumed you're not owing the school.
Please at the top of your wallet check if the values in the AMOUNT you paid and AUDITED columns are the same.

If the AUDITED column is blank, then it means your payments have not been Audited. So don't panic about negative signs.

If your wallet balance is still negative you would've to print your wallet and take the evidence of those payments to your study Centre's bursary to rectify it immediately and start your new Registrations.

The negative balance you usually see immediately after login equals the total amount that NOUN deducted from the money you paid into your wallet.

You make posts here like you are ready to help regarding queries with NOUN but when questions are directed at you, you completely ignore. Even if you don't have an answer, you can politely say you don't know rather than ignore. And you expect people to refer clients to you with this attitude you are putting up?
THATS NOT TRUE, YOU ARE REFERRING TO THE WRONG PERSON, CHECK ALL OF HIS POST, HE UPLOADS ANY LATEST INFORMATIONS FROM THE SCHOOL AND REPLIES ANYONE WHO'S HAVING ANY CHALLENGE...YOU DON'T EXPECT HIM TO SLEEP HERE AND BE REPLYING EVERY INFOS THAT COMES IN DAY BY DAY.
EducationRe: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Samisha500:
POSTGRADUATES & MASTERS ADMISSION PROCESS

An applicant for postgraduate admission into NOUN is normally expected to have a minimum of a first degree ( second class lower) for masters or HND for PGD in a related field in addition to 5 O-Level credits including English Language and Mathematics.

Additional requirements might apply for some programmes and these can be viewed after selecting the Programme and entry level at the Faculty's admission page.

To apply for a programme, select the Faculty, choose the programme so that the View Requirement button is enabled. Clicking this button will reveal the corresponding entry requirement and enable the Apply button on the pre-payment application page.

Fill in all the remaining details on the page before submitting.
On successful submission of the pre-payment form, you are redirected to Remita to obtain an RRR invoice which should be used to effect payment for the application form.

An applicant who pays online using a payment card will automatically obtain the online form which must be filled before submission.

Applicants who pay through a bank branch must click on Continue after payment... and enter their Unique ID and RRR. They are also given the opportunity to change the Programme applied for.

Applicants who had paid using an RRR generated last semester or earlier must restart the application process upto the point when they are re-directed to remita. They should now use the newly generated UniqueID with the old RRR used for payment when they click Proceed after payment.

In all cases a successful payment will lead to the generation of an online application form which should be filled before submission online. The admission process is automated and the outcome is virtually instantaneous!

Please print your form and admission letter and bring them to your chosen Study Centre for verification by an Admin Officer.
