So I should vote for Ur corrupt husband who is head bent on privatising NNPC n d few remaining national assets. Madam, ur hubby's era has passed. Simply enjoy d loots he has piled. As for Bubu, he better shift for a competent hand to fix ds nation on its right track. Nigerians has suffered enough, we deserve better than what we r gettn. We say NO! to recycling of failed leaders. I rather stay at home n eat ofe nsala than to vote Butiku. 9jrians our mumu supoz don do by now. Dem swear 4 US ![]() |
AryEmber:As a scholar, I will humbly plea to knw some of this deep issues U think I've got. At same time, will appreciate ur personal view to the question I raised without affronts. |

Online voting stats is ineligible... D real deal is d election date (offline voters). I'm simply refering to doz women in d markt, localities, d not so informed and general populace who are semi informed in Urban dwellings. People's Trust or whatever should forgt abt '19 election n look towards raising a grassroot political party spaning across d 774 local gvt areas of d federation. Until ds need is met, Olawepo is wasting his time. |
...In as much as I find his spellings hillarious, I think it's unfair takn advantage of his ill mental health. This young man criosly needs medical assistance, it's very glaring that he's mentally deranged. Everythn shldnt be for pleasures or humour. My 1cent though |

Testing d depth of a sea with both legs ![]() |
nice topic ... I support ur stance except on life threatening cases... Secondly, it's high time we start encouragn less privileged parents(newly wedded couples, societal downtrodden etc) to embrace birth control measures, know their earning as to know the number of children they can Carter for adequately. This will go a long way in putting an end to hardships, hooliganism, terrorism, street urchins n destitutes littering d environment. |

Ehhh yah! Mk una pity Fayose nah. D Chap has seen hell of late... |
An all knowing God need not sacrifice his only begotten son for d sake of mere mortals da still won't accpt salvation. They should be several remedies for the atonement of sins dan slaying his only begotten son. Try n scrutinize d abv. |
In a layman understanding... Here in nairaland, if u type Aboki (referring to a northern fellow), nairaland bots automatically converts the "aboki" to "Northerner" cos d literal meaning of aboki has been maligned by doz of us d southerners. This can be likened to d subject of discourse above... To a xtain, Allah can nvr be God, to a Muslim God and Allah are d same but they fail to admit d literal connotations da xtains attributed to the word God. To me, this doesnt add up. |
dat9jaguy:Bruh, I believe you are a xtain. I will advice u do a deep research on who xtains refer as God. Let me help u a bit... In a nutshell, xtains generally refer to God as a three-in-one god(God d father, the son and the Holy spirit, thus "TRINITY), on the other hand, Islam doesn't accept the idea of Trinity also disagree with d immaculate conceptn of ur Jesus Christ(The son of God). With dis few points, hope u can relate that ur xtain view of God is far different from there's, thus why do Muslim top clerics keep using God instead of "Allah" in public presentations ![]() |
TimeMachine:Like u clearly stated above, if God-Allah is really different from God-Jehovah. Then y do d likes of Imam Tawhidi, Sa'ad Abubakar n Sanusi Lamido keep using a single phrase of "God" to express their Supreme Allah ![]() |
SUPERPACK: If ds s d case, have u ever seen a jew or xtain using Allah interchangeably regards to their supreme belief? |
I'm yet to get a concise answer to my question, Is God n Allah d same?? If yes, Y do Muslims oppose Trinity ![]() If No, Y do u think they are not the same ![]() ...Generally, Top Islamic clerics dont gv a hoot about using God in place of Allah in their presentations, Y ![]() @ Seun, Lalasticlala, Mynd44, Hardmirror, Johnydon22, Kingebukablog, Hopefullandlord |
Good day to all nairaland intellectuals, Several times, I've seen and heard Muslim clerics using "God" in a phrase were "Allah" is meant to be mentioned. ...I have read books, been to different religious seminars, mixed up with theological scholars concerning their views about Allah and God. Most times the muslim clergies don't consider the aforementioned clause(God) to be different from their belief of Allah as their supreme. From my views and educational attainments so far, it's very glaring that GOD being acknowledged as "trinity" by its xtain adherents as opposed to Islam, cannot replace "Allah" for any reason. Listening to a general speech delivery by both renowned Muslim veterans like Alh. Muh'd Saad Abubakar and Alh. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi who normally use the phrase interchangeably, am always confused regards to what I've already known concerning Allah and God, thus breeds the question... Is Allah and God the same ![]() I will appreciate the contributions of all knowledgeable persons that comes across this thread. Thanks in advance! |
Lol... Nice 1 Freeze. Our ppl must be emancipated from d shackles of mental slavery. |
Strings attached... Lol |
dbynonetwork:Bro, I don't even use any cream at all... my knuckles are not dark either, but most Nigerians who are slightly fair tend to have this issue of sun burn or more volatile to weather changes (I see this as the reason). |
