if it starts getting worse or it doesn't go by tomorrow then see a vet to examine it

Pls I notice my dog eyes has been red since yesterday till this moment, it's just red and the eyes is not swollen... Doh scisser is doing well and also eating well.

That place is a whole new world.
I learnt the God and bad there.

At one ocassion, I had a minor accident which made me very uncomfortable to lie down and enjoy my sleep cos of where it happened and it was quite painful and swollen. So in the night when others were sleeping, I will be mostly awake .One particular night, I heard some murmuring, flashed my small torchlight to the direction, lo and behold, a girl was sleep talking. I actually limped to her bed thinking she was awake and we were chatting. All her secrets were revealed that night.
She went back to sleep. Me,I went back to my bed.
In the morning, I teased her with one of the jists she told me and she frowned her face.

Later, she came to me and asked how did I know that. Who is gossiping about her. That she will kill somebody o

I laughed and laughed. Told her she told me na.
At first she denied vehemently.
I just left it like that. About 3 days later, she came and told me that she actually sleep talk and that's why she refused to live in the dormitory and begged me to keep her secrets.

That period too,I put chewing gum inside one who is always chewing empty mouth so she will have something to chew
When she wakes up, she will be wondering how she slept with chewing gum in her mouth .
I will.just pretend.

I have a 3 months plus Caucasian and he don't bark at strangers as well but am not worried cus he is still a puppy.

that habit is usually caused when a dog is congested in a particular place, since he's always inside the house he just goes anywhere because he doesn't have anywhere else to do it.
if you don't give him a place to poop he'll do it anywhere.
naturally, dogs don't poop where they eat or play, a dog will only do that when it has no other option and gets used to it. if a dog has enough space to explore, it'll select particular spots to poop and save you all the stress
I also used to keep my dog inside as a puppy but he never pooped inside the house once, I just studied his pooping pattern and started predicting it, if your dog is the type that poops after eating then immediately after eating take the dog to the position you want it to poop and leave it there till it poops then congratulate it and give a reward and go.
that's how I started doing with my dog and it reached a point that when he wants to poop he'll come close to me and start bending his bum then I'll just rush and take him outside for him to go and poop, later on all I had to do was leave a door open when he's in the house so he can leave freely to poop and pee and then return.
that's how he grew up and even till now I can confidently leave him in the house without fear that he'll mess up, even if he's playing or eating he'll run out and ease himself then return.
your dog is so cute BTW, and he's growing well
oh and don't expect much from him in terms of obedience to commands, he's still a puppy so obeying you isn't a priority to him lol, with time he'll become more obedient just keep on teaching him.
hope this helps with the pooping issue, this technique worked with all the dogs I've ever had, even the one that started off like yours learned how to go out and poop at about 3months.

I have been waiting for you to coment for a while now bcus I have been following ur thread about ur cute huge dog roscoe and how u have wonderful taken care of him till now, I really pray and wish my boy scisser get big as urs bcus that will really make me so happy..
Anyways about the poop stuff, he has stop doing that entirely in the house, all he do now is wait till the door is open for him to go and poo outside and sometimes do it at the backyard where the generator is if the front door is not open on time, he has totally stopped pooing in the house and am so happy about that, I can't even remember the last time he urinated in the house too.
He has really improve alot in character and he has more energy now, he can play for Africa and sometimes charges at me when we play and I enjoy it alot, it makes me feel he will be aggressive one day.

All am waiting for is for him to become aggressive, even if I know he is still a puppy but I really can't wait for months to come so I can see him in action and also I want him to be as large as urs...

Happy weekend guys. Sorry have not been able to update you guys for a while now, have been very busy.
Anyways scisser has been doing fine and he is beginning to bark alot even if he still plays alot with strangers sometimes, I believe he is still a puppy so with time he will be aggressive towards strangers.

He is currently 3 month plus now and he is looking good at his age, even my friends can tell from his current size.
Below is scisser and me playing a little rough play this morning and we later ended it on the bed to relax after the play.
I can tell that he was very excited and he didn't want us to stop but I just have to bcus I have other things to do.

I will try my best to always update you guys on my boy scisser and as for those that game me tips on how to train him well, I say a very big thank you as it was really helpful.

Yeah that's true, I noticed it already, he always run to my friends when ever they come around and play with them....I also noticed a little sign of aggressive towards a female friend my friend brought to the house, Immediately she saw the dog, she started running and scisser immediately started walking fast towards her direction like he is going to bite her and I quickly hold him and chain him outside in the bacony but I noticed he did not bark doh so am still wondering if he was going to Attack her or to play with her

Sorry have not been able to post here lately, have been so busy and scisser has been wonderful and still plays a lot.

He is beginning to hear sit only when I want to feed him doh and he also hear his name sometimes too, he will just look but won't come to you at that moment..

I also noticed there is this particular sound I do make with my hand and he runs to me immediately, no matter what he is doing, even if he is playing with someone... He will leave that person and run to be.

Anyways I have not been able to snap any much pics bcus he always walks out when I try to snap so I manage to get a few pics of him..

Eggs (everyday: morning and night)
Optimax puppy food
Indomie
Fish
Meat
Potatoes and

Already got the indomie shaft from the vet and the puppy food as well, both the carn and dried sack food. That's what have been feeding him with other house food like rice and beans, I also observed that he do reject Spaghetti so have stopped giving him that.

Take it easy on him, let him get to know you well.
For him to know his name, use the sound you normally make that makes him come to you then give him a treat while saying his name, keep this up and in no time he will get it....try to associate his name with treats so anytime he hears it he runs to you

Large breeds dog always want to play stubborn, let him know you are the pack leader and Why don’t you get a cage outside the house and let him be there, he’s a large breed and I’m sure you won’t be keeping him indoor forever so let him get use to the outdoor from now cause it seems like he’s going to be a stubborn dog, release him only when you want to feed him and times for him to poo and let him know only your face most.

Well I don't intend keeping him indoor forever bcus I know he is a large breed, I just like him being around me for the main time till he gets a cage.
I do lock him outside in the bacony most times and that is when he poos and stain himself with it.

Letting him know just my face is going to be hard bcus I have a flat mate and also my friends do come around always, I can even say nearly everyday so he sees them and play with them as well.
The annoying part is he don't bark at them, he just sleep, watch and play.

Good morning to all nairaland dog lovers.
Let me just go straight to the paint,

So I got my first pet few weeks ago when he was just 7 weeks old, he was loving and playful but the only issue I have with him then was the fact that he messed up the house Everytime and no matter how hard I try to correct and instruct him on how to behave, he still won't listen and do the same thing over and over again..
Well he will be 3 months in few days and still messed up the house..
The annoying thing he does most is to shit and rub the shit on himself and also mess up were he is being kept with shit and urine.

Am really getting worried about him and the fact that he has refuse to hear anything, not even his own name when I call him is really getting me worried too.

Pls I need tips on how to train him better as well as good meal that will make him big very well as he is a full breed Caucasian dog.
