Talking of Infrastructure - you Abuja rail carries 400 passengers per day - Nairobi commuter rail carries 15,000 per day and Naivasha-Mombasa carries I think 8,000 plus daily.

Your fastest train, Gautrain is just 180km/h and it's just 80km. South Africa don't have high speed train too. Only Morocco has high speed train. You can see how other cities have overtaken you in this game.
