Yes Joburg and Pretoria are only 40km from each other however Pretoria does have a small International Airport....Its mostly used for private international chartered flights and a couple of domestic flights.

And then couple of Airforce bases namely Waterkloof AFB and Swartkop AFB..........Also several smaller airfields

Kenya cities require simple fixes - like building walkways, light rails, formalize transport systems, upgrade slums and bridge the housing deficit - but Nigeria slumpolis are not possible to fix because of the integrated slum. With the exception of Abuja the rest of the cities are so much integrated hodgepodge it cannot be easily fixed.
