Nairobi is an expensive city and concrete plans needs to be put in place before doing what they need to do especially in river estate project, all those apartments can simply be transformed into slums if proper measures is not put in place you know.

This not Mombasa port road - this Mombasa's Dongo Kundu by-pass. And you can see it's not just the road but railway - and airport - and port all next to each other - plus Oil refinery (moribund) and industries- so when you talk that Mombasa has no infrastructure we wonder what you mean.
