The problem is that more investors have come up with structures worth more of affordable price hence making your debate, we have really done a lot though as far as house units is concerned.

But i am well aware that only SA is able to manufacture something that matters in todays world. As i am deeply connected to Industries, except SA i have not seen any machines tools from any country in this continent.

I laymen terms South Africa has industrial base that we Kenyan or Nigerians can imagine in next 25 years.

Speak for Kenya...that would be very easy for Nigeria to attain..we have industrial zones fitted either own power grid and also the population...

Nigga, what happened to 500,000 housing ur jubilee government planned to build in the year 2022 and how comes the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development had so far managed to deliver ''only'' 228 units. The houses which are located on Park Road, Ngara, in Nairobi.
Also, how comes population of people leaving in slums kept rising in Kenya while reducing in all other African countries, why don't u learn from your neighbor ,Tanzania on what they are doing right?
