gallivant: Abeokuta, Enugu, Warri, Lagos are all slumpolis shitholes.
More of your crazy Mombasa zoo... This is arguably the best neighbourhood in Mombasa but yet it's looks freaking slummish...You are bereft of pride as a Kenya... I present to you Nyali..the best mombassa has to offer..
Driving through Nyali(mombasa best neighbourhood)..
obaaderemi: Their flower industry is worse than that in terms of how foreigners treat Kenyans. It's like Kenyans are mad. The foreigners are using their land to grow stuff needed abroad while the people starve because they lack maize of all things!
Shma: so the desperate justo 30 decided to give you a like with a share on this Nigga, you're posting kibera and and am giving you the actual Lagos city. Or do you want me to go to makoko?
The second pic is not of this century...even though the first pic is old I want to you to show me the slum.. Below is an aerial view of Florence,Italy....I hope you can see the similarities..
Shma: you're still pained . Easy bro, your write up can't dispute the fact that popazino gave you.
I told you your sgr is loss making, didn't I...
Instead of you to google and know this things you would prefer investing that time into rephrasing google just to sound smart when infact you are the opposite...
Just30: How can you go and borrow money from China, give them the contract to build SGR and take back all the money home..? Any you have to repay the money back. Meanwhile the SGR is being managed by Chinese
Chinese loaned Kenya $4billion dollars Built and managed by Chinese with everything imported including snacks from China
Zero economic impact in Kenya with loan repayment of up to 30% interest while SGR is making losses every year
68816419: can u stop bn stupid for once , how about u show us "other areas aerial pictures" outside your tiny cbd? 1-Very tiny Nairobi CBD and upper hill 2-closer look at upper hill Nairobi 3- Closer look at Nairobi CBD (ALL buildings inclusive)
Shma: yeah please, don't do it again. Your ugly ashy road with zebra crossing everywhere is not a kenyan thing. How can we aim nigeria when Kenya is already ahead of her.? Bro, I should be the one telling you that, aim at kenya cos kenya is aiming at S. A.
Dude Aim Nigeria or roll with Uganda..your choice..
Shma: what Austine1213 has posted is a true reflection of world class city. By African standard, S. A is waaay ahead, I bet Nairobi will reach there one day,
In African class they are hierarchies and levels..know your level on that scale pls..
It was discovered that the majority of the residential properties developed, were not with financial assistance from financial institutions. They were purely private equities of politicians and businessmen who only want to consolidate their assets in physical structures but not for profit
Iow, money laundering, plain and simple!
The way they screech about Abuja you'd think it were Dubai, Singapore or Boston at the very least: as always reality in Naij is truly and truly ishytty!
Abuja suburb where open defecation is culture [url][m.guardian.ng/news/abuja-suburb-where-open-defecation-is-culture/url]
Mrs. Edwin, popularly called Mama Favour said open defecation has become a normal sight in Tungan Wakili because most of the houses do not have toilets
Thats the CBD,UUURRGHHH!? The practice is more prevalent in north-central states, including Abuja, the capital.
Gwarimpa express is a stop away from Kubwa express when coming from Wuse. “Driver, stop me at Gwarimpa express”, a passenger who wants to alight at this bus stop would say. Before this stop is a long pedestrian bridge that connects other parts of the popular Gwarimpa estate and that is why the stop is known as Gwarimpa express. There is a big gutter on the right side of the road and many have turned it into a safe spot for convenience. You can see piles of faeces while passing or waiting for a commercial vehicle at the bus stop
But while we struggle with temporary flood induced water supply issues in Nairobi there's no water in Abuja anyway . Somehow the planners ignored or someone neglected this.
The only source of water in the community is a cave, located about half a mile from the residential area. The water in the cave, which is 6 feet below ground level, is used for bathing, laundry, cooking, and drinking — without any form of purification. The level of development in Zokutu is next to nothing, as is reflected in the poor road networks, mud houses, and limited telecommunication access.
Shma: Kenya has it, your roads looks like hodgepodge of ash and water, so ugly. And the reason you don't even appear in top 20, talkless of top ten. If you have gone to school and know how qualitative unalysis are being conducted, you wouldn't have said that, as far as they can unalyse few roads network for a realistic purposes, we also have satellite images and countries representatives. Those organizations can't do all the staffs by themselves.
Good next time don't compare your ugly ,faded, dusty mess with what we have okay..
Now you are disturbing my view..if you can't show me something like what Austine posted then be gone already.. We are tired of third world stuffs...a little first world view wouldn't hurt us for a day..
theenchanter: if only u could channel half d energy u use in disparaging others for national development, ur nation would have one more reason to develop. But NO, u scour d internet for demeaning articles like a newly recruited wizard.
I have repeatedly mentioned how the list are compiled... The organisation didn't come to Kenya to check all your roads, did they .. The criteria used are based in tourist reviews, total number of roads accident anually (it's believed that more road accident occurs due to bad roads which is not the case), the commuters obedience to traffic symbols and rules e.t.c and a bunch of other things...
It's not worth ranking one over the others . Good roads is visible beyond paper stats..
babtoundey: A new state (state is still country) is about to be carved out Nigeria and Cameroon under the supervision and probably administration of the UN.
Will a large chunk of the proposed 20 million population come from Nigeria.... Abeg we need to reduce our pop sef...
kevomtaani: Nobody is underestimating port Louis it is a very good city. But based on livability by his indexes Victoria in Seychelles is even better. Windhoek is also up there. He is using Mercer as his argument reference, which is wrong. Mercer ranks cities according to livability in this you will find small cities outperform big cities like new York and London simple logic but in terms of tangible development, abeg shift joor
I don't agree with his nonsense Mercer index..now I get you point..
