Eko is a different project just like Konza, you can't call it a city when the land still lies dormant.
You brought something about city planning which your dim-witted colleague( samorobo) failed to grasp. When comparing planned cities basing on urban planning, Nairobi still ahead of Lagos, zoning law has failed you., environmental factor, rehabilitation plans, coding, and some infrastructural indices.
If we go by age, Lagos is older than Nairobi but still lags behind it, why? Urban planning is not favouring that city.

I did - a few months ago - there was just one warehouse - in the midst of a thicket. You cannot compare it to Tatu City. Even if both are backed by the same rendeveour group. I personally recently invested in Tatu city - by purchasing a house there.
