Same to Konza, Konza is a planned city currently underway.

Konza is not underway but dead...it was initiated in 2009 but nothing to show for it....Eko Atlantic started land reclamation around in 2013 and by 2016 they were done with fastwoed to 2019 and all roads, bridge,sewage system,waterways was completed...

We only have few planned city in Africa, I will agree that eko is one of them, konza city in kenya is another one, and partly Abuja in this context.
But when we go to urban planning, you'll realize it has more to qualify a city as planned, and by that many indices will place Lagos behind Nairobi,
Abuja is planned, that is for sure but Lagos at some level no.
