Lagos has good CBD roads, flyover in cbd's, complex bridge network bro ease traffic in CBD and before this year runs out a light rail running through the CBD, waterways in cbd's so boat taxi can move with the CBD to ease traffic on the roads(no African city has ever tried this technique, and it is very rare in European and North American cities)....I can go on and on
