The only time people will use the light rail if at all is during inauguration. We've seen it before. Just look at the last photo over the new bridge you'll see what your gov needs to get rid off first. All vehicles older than 50 years must be removed from Nigerian roads - that would remove 95 % of the vehicles outright and make Nigerians immobile. From there Nigerians would start to use light rail, SGR and whichever other mode of transport, including the new, ever-empty Ashawo Bus Terminal, and of course they might import new cars.
