But for Africa she is still a developing nation....SA has one of the best infastructure and is closing in on her infastructural deficit more than any other Africa country so expect your cement consumption to be less than ours a d most African countries because you've taken care of infastructures which we and other African countries have not....

With Kenya state of infastructures she shouldn't be consuming 5m metric tonnes..That is appalling to the ears, to say the least...
