It clearly states that Kenha is only responsible for around 18000kms of Kenyas road net work and that out of the 18000kms, 10000kms is paved.......and this was 2 years ago.

So clearly you can now admit the figure of 9000kms is outdated!

OK so non of what you said was proven in this video........ Here is literally a white dude walking around in the worst parts in Joburg and litterly nobody even batted an eye.

and i was ashamed to post them because of the dirt roads in kilimani

Killmani according to rvp.is their oldest and most planned CBD....I just finish watching a 1 month video on Westland and I must say I was highly disappointed...This guys has shown me the height of a dysfunctional nation...do you know the roads in Westland was just recently built and expanded some few months back(not more than 3-4 month) but yet pothole was already becoming visible in the newly dark tarred road.....
