2) Low class housing i.e pipeline, zimmerman, githurai, eastleigh - rent 30-100 dollars a month
3) Lower middle class i.e donholm, buruburu, pangani - rent 100-300 dollars a month
4) Middle class i.e south b, south c, nairobi west, - rent 300 -600 dollars a month
5) Upper middle class i.e westlands, langata, kileleshwa, kilimani - rent 600-1500 dollars a month
6) Upper/high-end i.e karen, muthaiga, runda, nyari, kitisurus, lower - rent 1500-5000 dollars a month

Nairobi has it all - all organized and zoned - Ghana and Nigeria have what I'd call hodgepodge of everything making their cities look really fugly.

You can ask Samrobo to help you - with more Nairobi districts. I told you for free slums occupy 2% of Nairobi landmass. They are located in little valleys and forest edges. The rest of Nairobi is okay.

With the invitation of the govt, Dangote is building a $2bn phosphate plant in Togo and another $60m cement factory that will begin construction next year. Nigerians are tired of Dangote investing and building factories around, so he's going to a place where he won't be hated.

If only Kenyans can toss their pride and kiss our feet maybe we will beg Dangote on their behalf to invest in the cesspool Kenya...$2bn investment in Togo is alot and that will go a long way in Togo economic progress...This magic could equally be done in Kenya(we can be your China you know) as Kenya has never attracted FDI worth $1.2bn since their existence as a country alongside their good position on the ease of doing business...

In July ,Cowbell signed a deal to revive the N700m milk farm of Ikun Dairy Farm in Ekiti. The firm that got $25m support from World Bank,has purchased the milking cows from Borno and would receive them next week to begin sourcing milk locally. Nigeria has about 19 million cows.
