Kazikazi: Is your head running on empty tank? Where did you get the idea of power rationing to mean a long term shortage? Dude,a rationing means as it says...rationing power! Weather is due to faulty lines,or less generated power that don't counts. The point is a grid gets less power while the demand is higher.
In Tz,most power is produced through gas plants. Even our major factories are using underground piped gas to run their productions. Dangote cement is connected to piped gas, coca cola and others are using piped gas too!

Acadavah: IMF project 4% growth, world bank 5.2% and AfDB 6% where did you get 3%. I am sure every citizen of a country has his/her opinion and decision in reproduction including a President. There is one Swahili saying," ukiona watu wote wanafikiria wazo sawa ujue kuna mzembe hafikirii". Magufuli will do his part and go, another President will come and do his part and go. Magufuli may not doing best in other things but I am sure he is doing his best in infrastructure. When his time come to end we will have 1:Health centre in each village, hospital in each district. This have already been much achieved up to now although not 100% 2:We have already paved road connecting each region now we are in paved road connecting each district. 3: Electrified sgr from Dar to Mwanza and Msongati to Rwanda. Now there is construction of phase 1( Dar - Moro) Tc exp 2019 and Phase 2( Moro - Singida/Makutupora)Tc exp 2022. 4: Affordable Houses, Water services and Electricity . Up to 2020, 1800 water projects will be executed. Up to 2022,Stigler gorge Hdro plant 2115MW will be completed. 5: To be continued I think this nonsense argument from the kenyans on how your will grow by 3.9% is stupid..there is a reason it is called forecast/predictions. .let them wait until this year runs out before they start telling you that nonsense |

Even some of you in this forum have attested this. You jackasses were only battling with racial insults, so that kind of roasting you're shouting is just calling for racism, nothing more.
No south African was even replying to your nonsensical tweets despite trying harder to drag them into a battle with you lazy jerks. You lazy foul creatures were just seeking relevance from them. You Nigerians like pouring your frustrations and anger to every African attributed to your perennial failures and backwardness of your country to look like a developed one despite being the 5th largest producer of oil in the world.
No wonder 22 million Nigerian youths are unemployed. Here is your unemployment rate ..it's still soaring high

Kazikazi: Look at this fellow!
Let me help you... Tanzania has gas. All our essential stuff are using gas powered electricity. The SGR will have the separate gas powered plant. As we speak we have kinyerezi 1,2,3,4 gas power plants. 1,2 are in use,3,4 are under construction. Those are very reliable. We are still constructing coal plants like 600 MW Mbeya coal to electricity project.also in a pipeline is liganga coal plant. We have wind farms under construction too.A 3b hydro will be added because of manufacturing demands.I can't mention those small hydroelectric dams like Rusumo, etc. And if all are not enough, we have tonnes and tonnes of uranium, we can do nuclear.Don't forget our geothermal which we didn't touch yet You I am feeling g you bro..you definitely be great ..greater than they can ever imagine and ever become |

Kazikazi: Foreign investments didn't dry. Stop lying.we have new investment in gold smelter, two refineries, some few more new big mines in gold sector. Our natural gas LNG is in final details of investment. Remember, that is 30b $ investment! The schilling have remained as weak as it was but its stable.Yes donors hated our stance on homosexuality which I too support our gov stance.Regional integration isn't a miracle pill for all our problems! Integration has its con's and pros unfortunately you only see one side of a coin. The UK is pulling out of EU,go lecture your masters first. We are pro integration. Actually, our nation is a united republic. Try to unite with Somalia before you try speaking about integration of different nations. Keep on being negative about our great nation.Meanwhile.. 1.We are constructing the longest electrified speed SGR in Africa 2.We are constructing the biggest hydro dam in EAC 3.Air Tanzania is flying higher and gaining momentum 4.The 30b LNG is in final details 5.We are mobilizing funds for the construction of the longest heated oil pipeline in the world,it will run from Uganda to Tz port of Tanga 6.Next year we start constructing one of the biggest fertilizer plant in Lindi 7. We have completed a feasibility study for constructing electrified SGR from Mtwara to Mbamba bay port. That will service southern Tz and Malawian freight 8.Our nickel deposits, iron ores, coal, etc will be earthed once the SGR in Central and southern are done. That is another plus You have done well..Rvp always sound foolish, hateful and jealous. .he talks as if is ignorant meaningless opinion matters |

rvp2018: Electrified when you have power rationing already with 1700mws? Learn to crawl first before walking then running.Youre investing 3b dollars in hydro that is susceptible to droughts. The last hydro in Kenya was built about 20yrs ago.Today we added another about 100mw geothermal power.Power that is very stable and does not depend on rainfall. If it doesn't rain you will be on generators like Nigerians.Yet you have the great rift valley... just drill holes into it and pour water...the earth warmth will generate enough steams to turn turbines...earth never get cold so that is very stable and reliable power. So this your geothermal is just 100mw..you guys are noise makers and big hypocrites..I am glad I am now use to your lies and no longer fall victim of then..no deluding me again on roads and power |

Kuruptnigga: Mr illiterate animal stop being stupid. Because all what you're saying is out of point. Even the Kenyans are tired of your stupidity
President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday unveiled a new power target for the country, following the signing of an electricity road map agreement between the Federal Government and German-based Siemens. The signing of the implementation agreement was held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. The Director General of the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE), Dr. Alex Okoh signed on behalf of the federal government and the Chief Executive Officer of the Siemens, Mr. Joe Kaeser signed for the firm.
The deal, our correspondent reports, was the product of a meeting President Buhari held with German Chancellor, Angela Merkel on August 31, 2018. Speaking after the signing, the president said the government’s goal was to deliver electricity to Nigerian businesses and homes. The president said: “My challenge to Siemens, our partner investors in the Distribution Companies, the Transmission Company of Nigeria and the Electricity Regulator is to work hard to achieve 7,000 megawatts of reliable power supply by 2021 and 11,000 megawatts by 2023 – in phases 1 and 2 respectively.
“After these transmission and distribution system bottlenecks have been fixed, we will seek – in the third and final phase – to drive generation capacity and overall grid capacity to 25,000 megawatts.” He said with the strong commitment to the development of Mambilla Hydroelectric and the various solar projects under development across the country, the long-term power generation capacity will ensure adequate energy mix and sustainability in the appropriate balance between urban and rural electrification. “Our intention is to ensure that our cooperation is structured under a Government-to-Government framework.
No middlemen will be involved, so that we can achieve value for money for Nigerians. We also insist that all products be manufactured to high quality German and European standards and competitively priced. “It is our hope that as the power situation improves, we will improve investor confidence, create jobs, reduce the cost of doing business and encourage more economic growth in Nigeria,” he said. The president said “Previous governments have explored state funded solutions through the ill-prepared National Independent Power Projects (NIPP). They also explored the installation of large emergency power projects. There was also the partial privatization of the power generation and distribution sectors.
“These various interventions to solving the electricity problem have yielded an imbalance between the amount of power generated and the amount available for consumers.” He said despite over 13,000 megawatts of power generation capacity, only an average of 4,000 megawatts reach consumers.
“Now, we have an excellent opportunity to address this challenge. This government’s priority was to stabilise the power generation and gas supply sector through the Payment Assurance Facility, which led to a peak power supply of 5,222 MW. Nonetheless, the constraints remained at the transmission and distribution systems.”
In an interview after the signing of the pact, the CEO of Siemens, said the partnership will enable the country enhance its power delivery capacity significantly. He said the power target will lead the country to the next industrial phase. Also speaking to newsmen, the Director General of BPE described Siemens as a credible partner. “If you look at the amount of losses that is being experienced in the entire power sector, they are huge.
“That is why we welcome this intervention and we believe that within the timelines that have been directed by Mr. President, we will be able to significantly improve power supply in the country,” he said.

SUFFERInSMILIIN: 15000 mw in your dreams. A lot of the power stations which Nigeria is building are fake. Most of these power station are just normal generators a good example is Abuja emergency power generation which is 22 generators. So that is why when they are built to three years down the line they do not work anymore. See what Nigeria currently generates. The 12000 maker what is just estimate. Idiot the pictures you posted has nothing to do with your irrational claims..it just depicts the absolute foolishness we tolerate from you everyday |
