As for Julies berger.. they are road contractors in nigeria which have handle so many roads in the country long before I was born..they are one handling the roads In uyo and abuja as a whole...so there is no special project attach to their name..

Lagos ibadan project started two year ago and would be completed this year with it station almost completed in lagos and ibadan...or are this project not expected to take it due time during construction. .

I am sorry but we have more than 15,000mw power project under going construction. Lagos alone is building 3,000mw and once completed in 2022 it will be disconnecting itself from our national grid and even supply neighbouring state like ogun and ibadan

Pls don't compare kigali to nairobi. From good roads through out the city to, to cleaniness(waste can fixed at all corners of the city ) proper housing unit and almost no slum and of course clean transport system (world class brt) would trump your rubbish anytime anyday
