Some Nigerian company called RCC (Reynold) - passing itself as subsidiary of Germany Starbag or Isreal SBI to win contracts - because the roads were being financed partially by EU - and they've taken 5yrs to do very tiny roads!!!!!!!!!!!!.

That Reynold ought to be BLACKLISTED and whoever gave them the contract jailed. I mean why would someobody hire a Nigerian company to come work on our roads?
