To be honest it is very achievable going by the level of work that is going on there. On their site they said it would take them 5years..right now they ate building housing for middle income earners called "THE GROOVE" and we have the turf already in motion. South african are handling a lot of project there like

Range safari park
Safari chalet
Range polo club
Pool house
Golf course
And so many more.


I kind of feel that south africans has more contract in that city more than dubai..
If you have been following them on instagram and on their site you will notice that they have been emphasising alot on the cbd ..it seems they are about to start that one

We have gone through pictures here - for 5,000 pages - and we are still waiting for good picture from Lagos - maybe in 2050 when you complete the 2kms (size of Kibera) - Eko City.

I don know what the size of your kibera is bit EKO ATLANTIC IS SLIGHTLY BIGGER THAN MANHATTAN IN NEW YORK WHICH IS FOUR TIMES BIGGER THAN VICTORIA ISLAND

If we are talking roads you should be the last to speak except if you are ready to steal another country’s road.

And if you are talking future skyscrappers I would say kenya should be tge last to speak that to any nigerian be it in height or huge chunk of clustered skyscrappers.
I think you singing future skyscrappers is just a way of consoling yourself of the massive city skylines ww are building in our various city project. Just so you know you can never reach that height.
Let me even give you the latest in lagos....China has mapped out an area in lekki free trade zone and they have called it "Chinese cbd".they are ready to populate that place to uth lots of chinese business which will be delivered in skyscrappers. That's why we pragmatically made the chairman of that section a Chinese so he can continue to drag his brothers out.all the necessary infastructure on that site will be built by them for their businesses.that way we are talking about a shanghai or a shenzhen looking city in lagos. They are almost done with one building for the chinese longrich company.
The skylines in iibc alone will be more than anything nairobi will ever have.I don't want to talk about the rest in lagos and across nigeria.

How can a country have just 9,328 km tarred road since independence and they've being borrowing. .where did all that money go into because clearly it's not in their infastructure

These Nigerian students have flooded most of our varsities like tse tse fly yet Kenyan students in Nigeria are extremely few, just go to CUEA,MMU,Africa Nazarene, Mount Kenya, Riara uni and even Maseno uni.
Some few months ago I was chatting with a Nigerian student at the University of Abuja enquiring me about the admission threshold and other requirements for one to be admitted at Moi university for an MBA programme since it was his Kenyan varsity of choice.
I've never heard of Kenyan students flooded in Nigerian varsities save for few studying in covenant and Unilag.

Same way you have flooded our own university. ..I am also chatting with someone from kisumu who wants to apply at FUNAAB.

Dude dont dig facts from your back. The population of London you're talking about is for London Metro whose size is 8,382 KM2. I talked of London city proper with its 8 million residents and a size of 1,572 KM2. Then because Im smart as they come I compared it to Lagos city proper whose size is 1,171 Km2 and housing roughly 20 million give or take. Comparing like for like. Lagoose Metro is even smaller by a whole 1000 Km2 compared to London but incredibly hosted 21 million people as at 2006. So we can give it a few more millions given Nigerians knack of trooping to Lagos to search for better life. You're complaining of my epistle when you ended up typing an even longer more boring one.
