I doubt whether some simple things will ever get into your heads. Nigeria by virtue of the reproduction rate is bound to have bigger more crowded cities. Kenya being smaller has smaller sized cities because quite obviously we dont copulate like you. However, our smaller cities offer a quality of life comparable to (and rather comfortable for citizens) and of the developed nations. I know am talking to a dullard who still wont understand this Einsteinian concept. Its quality not quantity. In terms of quantity and size am sure Lagos beats virtually all European cities. For instance London has landsize of 1,572 kM2 with a population of 8 million. Lagos on the other hand has a land size of 1,171 Km2 (smaller than london) but houses a staggering 20 million jam packed tired wailing souls. Your size dont scare London and neither does it scare Nairobi.

Some many.lies to support your claim.
Firstly London population is not 8 million but 19.5million (one of the largest cities in the world)

Secondly your population is exactly the same with joburg but I guess you know by now they are not a 6 minutes drive unplanned,bad road cbd. Their development is well spread so don't console your self with this long epistle.

And beside there is no quality in nairoslum. If you live in nairoslum it is either you ate living in the slums like kibera,mathare or living in the a little bit urbanize slum with bad roads and open gutters which is your cbd and that's if you are rich. A cbd where it's citizen's carry bucket roaming the entire place so they can fetch water.quality indeed

And residential whatever is not an excuse.ikoyi is also a residential area and it is fast becoming a cbd and trust me it didn't take us 56 years to build it road into a world class one. Start from the basic which is road then you look at drainage....I guess you always wonder why your cbd always looks like atlantic ocean when it's rains except that it is ugly and brownish in colour.
Tell me which responsible and reasonable country in the world would allow it's cbd get flooded constantly without doing something about it

My point is Mombasa development is only concreted at the "Very" tiny old Mombasa town, and that the city barely has any good highways infrastructures in place, Abuja development is not all about the central areas,E.I CBD, its developments spreads across all areas, areas like wuse,wuse2,Asokoro,Jabi,Utako,Gwarimpa,Maitama,Kubwa,life camp,Garki e.t.c has equal development as what u find at the central areas.

Abuja is a planned city.by the time it's done San Francisco,London, Paris, dubai, monaco will be having a rival
