theenchanter: i've watched d video, thanks for d link. I'm not in support of what d man said but he's not talking about "tearing Ghana up", he was talking mostly on nigerian affairs in Ghana... he mentioned three major points
1. Media... he said nigerian media platforms should do a documentary on Nigerians living in Ghana, from d street to d embassy to d prisons and so on.
2. Helpline.... he was suggesting Help-lines for Nigerians in Ghana to be stationed at central points in ghana. He said d Helpline should be for Nigerians in distress to communicate with d nigerian embassy in Ghana.
3. University....he mentioned that nigerians pay a huge sum of money in Ghanaian university, he also mentioned that Ghanaians pay low school fees in nigerian universities despite d fact that nigerian universities rank ahead of Ghanaian unis.
Then d remaining jargons like: nigerians are branded as criminals in Ghana cos some nigerians peddle crime, most nigerians aren't into crime in Ghana but Ghana media chose to label nigerians as criminals.... Ghanaian universities employ a lot of Nigerian Professor bla bla bla.....
I'm against it cos its not needed but he never talk about "tearing" Ghana as u and ur media portrayed. That is their media propaganda. Its all a facade |

vaxx: no one hate Nigeria. There are many Ghanaian - Nigeria like me. But as they say character is like smoke, you can't hide it. Ghanaian society are currently having challenges with you and this is what i can tell since every criminal case now involve one or two Nigerians... bad people don spolled the good one. So are you saying we corrupted your people just the same way south africans claims that we thought them drug smuggling as though they have not been practice this since the time of old. Lets face it .I hate that nigeria perpetuate crime there and I strongly believe they should be held accountable by law but it's quite unreasonable to say we corrupted you guys .remember you guys we the first to start 419 before we followed suit |

vaxx: Are we on the same cyber space?
That is the screen shot of the video below Oh I just checked this one out properly. What he said us entirely different from what ghanaweb reported and to be sincere he was mere stating the obvious fact. Why go the ghana to pay more when you can pay less here for more. I think this has to with the frustration of not getting admitted due to the fact that they are too lazy to read and they end up looking for cheap road to success thereby paying more and at the end of the day their certificate becomes useless in nigeria labour market |

vaxx: it still relate to my first question. Only larger space can boast of such capacity. And Apapa already has the size. Lekki ha of land is too small for such capacity. You need to be able to answer the question i posted to you for you to get the clue.
Moreover Ghana is also building a new seaport at keta.... Who told you lekki deepseaport lacks space. Forget that land mass you said it occupies which is something that arose my incredulousity Space and lekki deepseaport are like 5&6 . Lekki deepseaport is built at the lekki free trade zone and I can assure you space is not a problem what matter is it capacity. Period Now if you don't mind I have some taahira to attend to |

vaxx: You actually don't know what you are saying( the question i ask you is unanswered)
..... not even lome and Dakar can try...
The new port basin will have the deepest entry channel and depth along side the quay allowing vessels with 16m draft to dock. Tbat wasn't the arrangement of lekki Project.
Not only that but it will also be equipped with the largest and most sophisticated gantry cranes. Only apapa port can take that gaint step if she has a way to expand. Na wa ooo the things we learn from vaxx. So are you telling me we will have to expand our existing port so we can get something bigger than tema port. I am sorry but we don't have to work on an already existing port before we can rule. There is something called "building an entirely new one ".I have given you the specs of both ports so these argument can be laid to rest yet you keep insisting as though it will tamper with lekki deepseaport capacity and efficiency |

Some countries get billions of FDI's which are mostly gobbled up by just one or two sectors.Anyways,FDI's are welcomed and they should be a blessing to any country! edon21: how shameless can they be bragging about a country project when a state in Nigeria is pulling off a similar project. That just small.lekki deepseaport is going to be the largest in west africa and possible the largest on the continent. We are expected to earn at $560bn from that port. The following are much more bigger and larger than lekki deepseaport and will remain the that way till the next let's say 100 years. That alone should tell the will remain the largest on the continent Bakassi Deep Sea Port - calabar Ibom deepseaport - akwaibom Badagry deepseaport -lagos There is one in port harcourt but I can't remember the name currently |

You intially started off with capacity then you ventured into land area(in acres) and from that you went straight to TEUS and now it container traffic measuresment ARE YOU TRYING TO VERBALLY REDUCED AND DEMEAN THE OBVIOUS EFFICIENCY, CAPABILITY, CAPACITY AND WORTH OF THE ALMIGHTY " LEKKI DEEPSEAPORT " I am not even sure if yours is a deepseaport , could be wrong |

Port! Port!! Port!!!...the one will be located at the newly constructed "VIRGIN CITY " in calabar.
China Harbour named investor for major new Nigerian port 8 April 2019 | By GCR Staff | 0 Comments
twitter facebook linkedin China’s champion international port builder, China Harbour Engineering Co, has been named as core investor in a major new deepwater port proposed for the east coast of Nigeria.
Bakassi Deep Sea Port, planned near Calabar, is billed as Nigeria’s potential second port after Apapa at Lagos, and would be the maritime gateway for the country’s landlocked northeast.
Governor of surrounding Cross River State, Ben Ayade, named China Harbour as core investor on Friday, 5 April on receiving an outline business case for the long-discussed scheme.
“We made a choice of China Harbour because they are the number one deep seaport construction company in the world today,” he said, reports newspaper, Punch.
“They did the design and a pre-feasibility study which has been forwarded alongside a 3D footage.”
The outline business case proposed a 20-metre-deep harbour for transnational shipping, making it “the deepest seaport in Africa”.
In 2016 Governor Ayade said the Bakassi port scheme would be a public-private partnership (PPP), requiring an investment of between $500-$800m.
The plan, approved by Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari, has been to link the Bakassi port to the country’s northeast with a 275-km superhighway, which has been criticised on environmental and economic grounds. (See Further reading.)
Ayade said the existing port at Calabar was hampered by the fluctuating depth of the Great Kwa River, and dredging its length to the sea would be too expensive. |

rvp2018: Obaboon, Your agriculture GDP is around 20% of around 400B.That is 80B dollars.Brazil that cultivates around 170m acres, has 20 times more tractors per 100kms, applies 50 times more fertilizers per hectare, produces about 40% of all sugar, has 20b dollar soya beans production, GDP from agriculture is only 86B. Lying requires intelligence.Yemi Kale need to go back to Addis Ababa University for his school fees refund...and resign so Nigeria can get an honest Statician General who can relook your fake GDP figures. Your noise is getting too much.all this long sleepless night with constant investigation does not stop our agricultural sector from booming and as well retaining us as the largest economy in africa.
