It is no news that Nigeria has the highest number of planned communities in Africa.Even Lagos has more planned communities than the whole Kenya.let's start with Almighty Lagos.

Banana island,Victoria island, snake island,ikoyi, lekki,grace field Phoenix, Ikeja, Festac town,Orange island, Eko Atlantic city, lekki smart city, imperial international business city,so many World class Estates e.g Amen Estate,Ajah.

Let's mention Abuja,oooooohhhhh.Even the whole Abuja is planned,this which Nairobi can never achieve or Kenya. Abuja has also a smart city project ongoing, the Centenary city project.

PH also has bonny island and some world class city projects.

Kano is constructing,Enugu is also a planned city with some ongoing projects. Check out Ogun state,Uyo, etc and some other planned communities.


Nigeria is 10,000 miles ahead of Kenya.If not for our leaders,Nigeria should be 1mil miles ahead of Kenya.

Are you saying the whole Kenyan citizens are satisfied with the mass poverty in kenya

Have you heard of Akwa ibom syringe manufacturing plant,that's how irrelevant Kenya is to Nigeria, especially in the manufacturing sector

Kenyans are always trying to sound like as if Kenya is better than Nigeria's 36 state.



Nigeria is way advanced than your country but you can dream to be up to Nigeria.



For you to know your country is flawless beside Nigeria.Every state has something good to show for.

For Example.

Akwa ibom has so many things that Lagos and Abuja doesn't have



- Nigeria's first state to have an e library

- One of Africa's best stadiums, the God's Will Akpabios stadium

- Africa's 2nd syringe manufacturing plant

- One of Nigeria's best 5 star hotels

- Nigeria's first metering manufacturing plant

- It's also one of Nigeria's best cities for relaxation and tourism

- It's also constructing a deep sea port

- and of course so many other things



Port Harcourt is also known for its abundance in oil and regarded as Nigeria's oil capital.



Kano is known to be the Economic hub of the North

Anambra has Nigeria's car manufacturing company



Ibadan has University of Ibadan, it also has the first skyscraper in Africa



So my kenya boys let me stop here,go and erase that idiosyncracy of yours that Nigeria feels intimidated by kenya or that kenya seems better than Nigeria



Kenya is a little child that still needs to grow before trying to rub shoulders with Nigeria

Good one my Kenyan friend,I can see you spent out of your reasonable time looking for slums in Lagos.Do you know that Lagos is cosmopolitan, hence, the need for competition of space arises.But I tell you that Lagos has a population that is 3 or 4x bigger than Nairobi and still Nairobi dwarfs Lagos when talking about slums.

I bet that places like Agege,Mushin cannot be called slums again because government interventions like roads, sstreet llights, portable water etc dwells there. You can see your Nairobi is a looser.So many sites rank Nairobi the biggest abode for slums,even considering that Lagos is 5x cosmopolitan than Nairobi.


Try your luck next time,I will post some things I said on this thread to remind you Kenyans.

If I post Nairobi slum pictures littered all over Nairobi,some of my Nigerians would even rate borno state higher than Nairobi because borno is clean.

Kenyans please beg your government to develop other places in NairobiNairobi apart from the cbd

the small Ikeja bus terminal with its modern buses is a testimony, not to mention oshodi transport interchange, marina bus terminal, oyingbo bus terminal etc.
