1. You can see in the first stage: CC stage, It can achieve maximum charge current (5A).

2. Then it will enter the CV stage, and the charge current will step down from its maximum current(3A).

3. When the charge current turns into the cut-song off current, the charging process is completed.

4. To guarantee the safety of the charge process under the higher temperature environment than our settings, we will slow down the charge current which makes the charge time a little bit longer.

5. Traditionally, the charge time is around 2 hours.

So sometimes, some people may feel the XCharge doesn’t work after 30 minutes, which means it turns into CV stage that the charge current will step down from its maximum current(5A).
That is the XCharge theory.
