Increased Glory – Making Allowances
for Others Be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s fault because of your love. (Ephesians 4:2 TLB) We need to make changes—God-inspired Changes, when necessary. Change is part
of the growth process. The truth is the way to make positive and effective changes in your life as a Christian is through the agency of God’s Word and by the power of the Holy Spirit. At the beginning of this month, we started a study of the book of Ephesians chapters 4 and 5 and one of the instructions we received from the scripture portion above is that we should make allowances for each other’s fault because of our love. Like God, we ought to learn to look at people beyond their actions. It doesn’t mean a denial of their wrongs, but you see them the way God sees them, and love them irrespective of their shortcomings. When you live your Life this way, you become gracious and merciful towards other. Learn to cover others with your umbrella of love. No matter how nasty they may get towards you, your love should always rise above it, for you’re like your heavenly Father; you’ve discovered that people are greater than their actions. Don’t react or respond to people based on their actions. As a child of God, you should act like your heavenly Father, who never recalls offences. If you want to keep experiencing increased glory in your life, then learn to always make allowances for others. Let this become a part of your character; let your attitude and thoughts constantly change for the better. If you’ll
do this, you’ll keep experiencing more grace and increased glory in your life. Finally, ensure that you attend the November Global Communion Service this Sunday as the Spirit of God launches us into yet another level in his plans for us in

therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land (Deuteronomy 15:11).
It’s estimated that about one-fifth of the world’s population live in abject poverty;
surviving on less than a dollar per day.
Many in the slums and inner cities are deprived of the material, spiritual and emotional resources needed to survive,
develop and thrive, making them unable to enjoy their rights, achieve their full potential or participate as relevant members of society. We must therefore seek to set up the necessary structures that’ll help ameliorate the plight of the poor and less privileged amongst us. Let’s
provide them the necessary and required care, love, affection and suitable lifestyle.
If each of us will do a little, we can all do a lot. I encourage you to think about doing more for the needy around you; be a
blessing to others and you’ll be blessed also. You may never discover the treasure
God has kept in you until you reach out to give someone’s life a meaning. That’s where real satisfaction is! The Bible says, "The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he
that watereth shall be watered also
himself" (Proverbs 11:25). God will make happen for you the good things you make happen for others. So keep helping those around you.
PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for granting me the
grace, wisdom and strength to always
recognize the need of those around me,
that I may bring them succour, hope and

What A Life!

But thanks be unto God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57).
When God raised Jesus from the dead, you were raised together with Him. Now, you’re seated together with Christ, “far
above all principality, and power, and
might, and dominion, and every name
that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come” (Ephesians
1:21). Therefore, it makes no difference
what happens in this world, you’re more
than a conqueror; you’re a success. God
has given you eternal life; a life greater
than sickness, disease, failure and death; a life of peace, strength, health and
prosperity. The knowledge of these realities should
evidently change the way you talk, walk
or act. Don’t ask God to give you peace,
strength, health, prosperity or make you a
success. These and more are all
encapsulated in the glorious life you have in Christ. I’ll give you examples. First, the Lord Jesus said in John 14:27,
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give
unto you…” that means He has become
your peace. Secondly, Psalm 27:1 says, “…
the Lord is the strength of my life…”
Thirdly, He’s your health. Isaiah 33:24 says, “And the inhabitant (of Zion) shall
not say, I am sick…” Therefore, don’t talk
sickness, because the Lord has given you
health (Read 3 John 1:2). In addition, He’s given you prosperity. 1
Corinthians 3:21 says, “Therefore let no
man glory in men. For all things are yours.”
Then Philippians 4:19 tells us, “But my
God shall supply all your need according to
his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” That means there’s no lack in your life; for the
Lord supplies all your needs. Psalm 1:3
describes you as a tree planted by the
rivers of water, that brings forth fruit in
and out of season; and whatsoever you
do shall prosper. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore if any
many be in Christ, he is a new creation:
old things are passed away; behold, all
things are become new.” Now that you’re
born again, you’re a bundle of success.
You belong now in God’s Kingdom; His realm of life where Christ reigns. Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for victory,
success, excellence, health and prosperity
are in my spirit, and I walk in
righteousness and exercise dominion over

Be unceasing in prayer [praying
perseveringly] (1 Thessalonians 5:17 AMP)
. The Spirit’s admonition through the Apostle Paul above is for us to be
constant and persistent in prayer. Romans
12:12 (AMP) tells us: "Rejoice {and} exult
in hope; be steadfast and patient in
suffering {and} tribulation; be constant in
prayer." Many times, Satan seeks to influence and
manipulate people, situations,
circumstances, governments, agencies
etc., just to get to us. But we must learn
to thwart his efforts. Every time you pray,
you actually mount pressure on the adversary, therefore be unceasing and
importunate in prayer. Too often, many
wait until trouble strikes before they pray.
The Bible says in James 4:7, "...Resist the
devil, and he will flee
from you." That means be on the offensive against the devil; mount
pressure against him. Counter his
advances ever before he makes more
trouble. 2 Corinthians 2:11 says we’re not
ignorant
of Satan’s devices; therefore when you pray, pray like one who knows the
stratagems of Satan. With authoritative
words, rebuke unbelief, fear, and
discouragement from your life and God’s
people. Speak in tongues and break
Satan’s dominion over those with whom you engage in business transactions, play,
politics, or work. You’ve been called to a
life of dominion;
you’re not subject to Satan, his demons
or his malevolent tendencies. You’ve been
given the power and responsibility to resist Satan and put him to flight! Use
God’s Word, which is the sword of the
Spirit, against him. Each time you pray and
speak the Word in faith, you mount
pressure on the devil, and overturn his
wicked plots and devious machinations. Prayer
I stand in the authority of the Name of
Jesus against principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world and
wicked spirits in high places responsible for
the increasing spate of violence in the
world today. I declare that their fiendish
acts are abrogated, and their activities
rendered ineffective in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

You’re The Effulgence of God’s Glory!
And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one (John 17:22).
Romans 8:30 says, “Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.” As God’s children, we’re the carriers of His glory. In Exodus 33:18, Moses begged to see the glory of God. But today, in the New Testament, not only does the glory reside in us, we have become the effulgence of God’s glory. God’s purpose isn’t just to have His glory reside in you, but for you to be immersed and completely inundated by it until you become inseparable from the glory, thus becoming the glory. This is the reason the new creation, in the New Testament, is called the glory of God. Just as the Lord Jesus is the glory of God you too are the effulgence of the Father’s glory. So when you walk, it’s the glory of God walking, for your life is the expression of the glory of God. You need to understand that you’re not journeying to become the glory of God; it’s already a present-hour reality. You were born to be the glory of God and to radiate God’s beauty in an ever increasing
fashion. Wake up to this truth, and it will change your mentality! To continuously manifest increased glory this month, say concerning yourself daily, “I am the glory of God; I don’t fail! I’m a success forever, praise God!” It makes no difference the challenges you might be facing, the glory of God is going to be manifested in that situation! Why? Because you’re involved in it, and you’re the glory of God, therefore you’re being manifested. Romans 8:19 says “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” The whole creation is waiting for your showing up; it’s not the showing
up of the weak and low-minded, but the showing up of the glory of God, the Sons of God. Live confidently today with this consciousness that you’re the manifestation of the glory of God, the brightness of God’s beauty in the earth and experience that glory in your life’s circumstances! Praise the Lord!

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). The only thing in life for which you must develop a voracious appetite is the Word of God; be a Word-addict.
Some people are addicted to the wrong things in life; but being a Word-addict will make you a
success. The same way a pupil or student is expected to attend classes in order to make good grades, God expects you to
attend to His Word to be successful in life: “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart
from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh” (Proverbs 4:20-22). Success in life is dependent on the amount of God’s Word you know and put
to work. This is the reason you must give yourself wholly to the Word of God through study and meditation (1 Timothy 4:15). Make a habit of studying God’s Word consistently, for God’s Word is food
for your spirit. Studying the Word and having your spirit imparted with revelation knowledge will help you live the triumphant life in Christ. In studying the Bible, ask the Holy Sprit to grant you understanding and fill your spirit with the revelation of His Word. He’s the author of the scriptures and will unveil truths to you from the Word if you ask Him. As you give yourself to the Word, you’ll discover the beauty of God’s righteousness and glorious life He has given you. You’ll get to know His perfect will and walk in pre-ordained pathways, producing results to the glory of Christ.

My heart is open to the ministry of the Spirit and the Word today! I have the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, I am
walking worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Blessed With All
Spiritual Blessings Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).
Isn’t it wonderful to know that the fullness of God’s blessings belong to you? In this month of increased glory, you’ll experience the bountiful blessings of God in overflowing measure. Somebody said, “ I’ve been praying to God to bless me,” that’s the wrong prayer and in this month, you shouldn’t pray that kind of prayer. This is because God isn’t going to bless you any more than He already did. He already blessed you with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, not some. As a born again child of God, you don’t need to look for any blessing anywhere else, or pray to God to bless you. Rather, recognize that the month of Increased Glory is your set time to enjoy the fullness of God’s blessings. The Bible says you were called to inherit a blessing (1 Peter 3:9); you were born into the blessing because you’re the seed of Abraham. The Lord told Abraham “I will bless you and make you a blessing” (Genesis 12:2). This promise was to Abraham and his seed (Galatians 3:16), which means not only are you blessed, you are also a blessing. Make up your mind today to live up to your calling. You’re full of the blessings of God. There’s no blessing in this world or in heaven that you should be asking God for, because all things are yours (1 Corinthians 3:2 1). You’ll bask in superabundance this month! Your life will be filled with the good things of life in an overflowing measure, so that others who come in contact with you will witness this increased glory and also partake of the goodness of God in your life. “This is the set time for that to happen” says the Lord of host! Hallelujah!

WHAT AND HOW TO PRAY FOR GOD'S

OCTOBER 11TH, 2012 Wherefore I…Cease not to give thanks for
you, making mention of you in my prayers;
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
Father of glory, may give unto you the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the
knowledge of Him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye
may know what is the hope of His calling,
and what the riches of the glory of His
inheritance in the saints, And what is the
exceeding greatness of His power to us-
ward who believe… (Ephesians 1:15-19). It’s important we know how to intercede
in prayer for those in the Church who
though are born again, are not walking in
the light of God’s Word, or are yet to be
acquainted with the Holy Spirit and what
He can do in their lives. It makes no difference that some of them may have
been Christians for many years. As long as
they’re not walking in the light of God’s
Word, we must pray for them in the
manner outlined by the Spirit, through
the Apostle Paul, in our opening scripture. Pray, "That God would grant them the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the
knowledge of Him. And that the eyes of
their understanding will be enlightened;
that they may know the hope of His
calling, and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and the
exceeding greatness of His power toward
us who believe!" Ephesians 3:17-19 says, "…that ye, being
rooted and grounded in love, May be able
to comprehend with all saints what is the
breadth, and length, and depth, and
height; And to know the love of Christ,
which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God." This
prayer has to do with the revelation of
the love of God in our daily walk. We’ve
got to pray that God’s people around the
world will know the length, breadth,
height and depth of the compelling love of Christ in His vicarious death, subsequent
resurrection, and endless life in and for us. Have you heard someone say, "I can’t
please you and displease myself." That’s
not God’s kind of love; people with such
understanding are not yet rooted and
grounded in Christ. This is why you’ve got
to pray that God’s people would have insight into the love of Christ, which is
beyond natural, human comprehension. You can also personalize these inspiring
prayers of the Spirit for yourself as well.
When you pray this way, you’ll constantly
experience spiritual development and have
greater insight into the things of God. PRAYER
I pray for God’s people all around the
world today, that they might be filled with
the knowledge of God’s will, in all wisdom
and spiritual understanding, being fruitful
in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. FURTHER STUDY
