Romance / Yes! Sex Is Food. by samsy5460(m): 11:04am On Feb 09, 2017
cool
Sex is not all about making children. You must be a different woman to your husband every time. Seduce your husband, don't always allow your husband to ask for Sex, there must be no timetable for sex. Be creative, don't be predictable. Give him what he wants. If you loose influence over your husband, you have lost womanhood. Be part of your husband plans.
Don't have too many children, you wanna sell them ? Allow your husband to check in and out anytime.
When a man is sexually satisfied, he is emotionally stable. Stop saying, is it food ? Yes, sex is food !!!
As a wife, try to invest in yourself spiritually so you can adequately support him. Build yourself as his prayer warrior so that you will not be forced to pray at the end of your life. Don't allow your husband to provide all your needs, he is not a money making machine. Iron sharpens iron, try to reciprocate.
You are meant to support each other spiritually, financially, physically and morally through thick and thin. You are a builder....Wise woman buildeth her home. Women need wisdom to build their homes. Do not be too outspoken, know when to talk, when to listen and when to be quiet.
Love your husband with all your heart, never tell him, if not because of my children, remember you've known him before the arrival of those children.
Pamper your husband, put his head on your chest and pray for him. Give him unannounced kiss from the back.... mwahhhhhh, don't be too holy to kiss in the public. He is your husband for God sake. Be romantic joooo, it is good for the heart. Some people are not happy that you're happy in that marriage, proof them wrong that you love him and he is your crown, always feel good when you hold him. Don't look 50 while you're still under 40, it drives men crazy. Always keep fit regardless of your age or body.

TO MEN:
Do not take a woman who does all these for granted!
Pamper her, pray for her, cherish her, love her, support her financially, make her feel like your woman! God bless you and your marriages.

I worked and lived in Abuja for 18 years. I ran my own private company from 2001 until 2014.

Two million of the likes of Buhari cannot change Nigeria.

Everything is wrong with Nigeria. The Director won't give you contract except you pay up front .
The banks won't give you loan except you concede a certain percentage. .
The man supervising the contract won't pass the job except you play ball. The clerk won't pass your file for payment except you rob his palm.

The accounts department won't raise your payment voucher or cheque unless you see them. I can go on and on.

The worst thing is that it has become a norm that nobody sees anything wrong with. If you think otherwise, they begin to think you are sick and not normal. If you try to stand in there way, you put your life at risk. If you get killed there is no justice system in place to seek redress and bring the perpetrators to book.

The police is corrupt , the Judge is the same. Nobody cares about anybody. No law and order. I looked from my left to right, everybody is only desperate about one thing "money".

They will kill anybody and anything that stand between them and money. I am an electrical engineer with MNSE and COREN.

The system don't care about my qualifications. Distribution and transmission jobs are given to alhajis, pastors, friends and relatives without any basic skills.
I started asking myself, how do I convince my kids that education and hard work is rewarding? When fools, agberos and touts are running the country, from the National Assembly to the Presidency.
Is this what my four sons will also go through? In 2014 I decided I have had enough. I decided I was leaving. I immigrated to Australia with my family. Don't put yourself in harms way for any reason. The problem of Nigeria is in the hands of Nigerians living in Nigeria.
Try starting a gate house in your village, everybody wants to profiteer from it. The bricklayer, the carpenter, the mason and even your brother who claim to be supervising on your behalf.
They are corrupt, morally bankrupt and selfish. Everybody there thinks about himself and nobody is thinking about Nigeria .
You don't have to be the one to go there to change anything. Let those under the hammer start the revolution. I beg make you hear word.
This post is gonna anger a lot of my followers. I'm still gonna post it anyway.
Analogy of OPPRESSORS & FOOLISH CITIZENS. (A case study of Nigeria citizens & their elected oppressors).
During the Soviet dictatorship of Joseph Stalin. He was a brutal dictator with mind of his own. On one fateful day, Stalin came to Politburo meeting with a live chicken. Standing in front of audience, He started to pluck the feathers of the live chicken off one by one.
The chicken trembled in pain, blood tricking out of its pores. It gave out grievous cries, but Stalin being a cruel dictator continued without remorse plucking the feathers out until the chicken was completely naked.
After which, he threw the chicken on the ground. The naked chicken was staggering in pain. Stalin goes into his pocket and from his pockets, he took out some chicken food and started to throw it at the poor & hapless creature.
The poor chicken in pain started eating and Stalin started walking towards his seat. As he walked away, he kept dropping some feeds on the floor & the chicken followed him and sat feeding from his feet.
Joseph Stalin then turned to members of his political party leadership. He said, "This chicken represents the people".
"You must disempower them, brutalise them, beat them up, starve them and then leave them".
"If you do this, go into your pocket & give them peanuts when they are in that helpless and desperate situation, they will blindly follow you for the rest of their life, worshiping you".
"They will think you are a hero forever. They will forget that, you're responsible for their sorrowful situation in the first place."
Breath taking, isn't it ?
Now! Take a look at all the people some Nigerians are busy defending on social media.
Take a look at those they call their heroes. They are the same people who plunged Nigeria into the situation she is. They are the same people who are responsible for their predicaments.
Did you see the numbers of people that throng to Saraki's house during this Christmas period to go collect peanuts? Your guess is as good as mine.
Nigerians kill those they should defend and defend those they should kill!

Politics / “continuity” The APC Meaning? by samsy5460(m): 4:13pm On Aug 07, 2016
If this is the only piece you will read this week,it would be just enough.
Former DG of NTA,Mr Tony Iredia had this to say.
The word, “continuity” seems to be central to the campaigns of the All Progressive Congress (APC) for the forthcoming governorship election in Edo state. From the way the word has been severally bandied around of recent by leaders, officials and members of the party, the latter are no doubt convinced that the out-going governor, Adams Oshiomhole who belongs to their party has done well and as such should be succeeded by another APC man. What does not appear to occur to the party is that there are so many things that have happened in the state that many citizens never wished for and never expected.
As a result, people are not likely to pray for a continuation of such things making it obvious that continuity as a campaign strategy is not full proof. And because negatives stick more easily, there are likely to be many people who are not happy with the party. Therefore, the APC has a big burden to disabuse the minds of voters concerning certain negative issues. Unfortunately, rather than constructively use the current period of electioneering to undertake effective public enlightenment and voter education, it has embraced mundane political rallies which feature singing, dancing, acrobatic displays and defamatory statements.
Edo is not among those states of Nigeria that are described as educationally disadvantaged. Its people are therefore different from those that are usually led by the nose. Such a population needs to be told what exactly the coming government would specifically pursue towards improving the living standards of the people. If therefore a political rally is allowed to function as an opera as has been seen of recent, those in attendance would be merely entertained but not persuaded to make informed decisions on voting day.
There is also the rather frightening feeling that the APC is pursuing a third term agenda considering that the dominant person in all its rallies is the out-going governor. So, who really is the APC candidate? It certainly cannot be the outgoing governor since our constitution forbids a third tenure for any individual. It is therefore likely to be someone else, but can that person take control and sustain governance if he cannot function as the rallying point in the several appeals for votes? If the out-going governor is serving as a godfather; that is a greater pity because it means that god-fatherism which the APC government says it came to stop 7 years ago has actually been nurtured into a monster. So is godfatherism part of what those coming are to continue?
Edo State has had one federal university in Benin, one state university in Ekpoma and at least 3 popular private universities in Benin, Okada and Ogwa which clearly shows that what the state needs is not additional universities. Surprisingly, the APC government hastily constructed another state university in Iyamho-the outgoing governor’s village and “earmarked” another at Ekiadolor. Whereas there is nothing wrong in establishing a major project in the governor’s village because Iyamho is an Edo location that also deserves to be developed but a university, which the state has in at least 5 other locations, cannot be a well thought-out priority of the state at the point of building one in Iyamho.
Instead, the state would have been the better for it if Iyamho had been made to house some other employment yielding and development-oriented projects like industries. In other words, it is either that the government did not put on a thinking cap or it did not have one for proper public policy formulation. As it is now, no one can blame a new APC governor if he decides to build another university in his own village when he comes to power because his party has helped him to canvass continuity before his election. Meanwhile the state government owned Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma is begging to survive while the Tayo Akpata University Ekiadolor which was conceived along with that of Iyamho is yet to take-off.
Edo as a state is reputed to be the cradle of African civilization with an intimidating cultural heritage. It is a mono-ethnic state whose people are raised to respect others especially elders. A cursory look at the relationship between the current APC government and other people would reveal that there is no former indigenous governor of the state that was not at one time or the other publicly tongue-lashed. Even elder statesmen are constantly abused in the media by the current governor. Some of them are alleged to have committed some offences which are reportedly documented in some books that government says it is opening or will soon open.
Many months back, Governor Oshiomhole at a media conference, promised that a few days after the conference, the documents would be deposited with security agencies in Abuja while those indicted would proceed to detention. Every Nigerian has a right to report any crime but no one including a governor has a right to find suspects guilty before they are tried by a court of competent jurisdiction in a country which says everyone is presumed innocent until proven otherwise. It is also offensive to publicly abuse elders and thereby desecrate Edo culture. By holding on to the files which allegedly contain reports on corrupt activities only to brandish them occasionally to gain political leverage, the APC government in Edo stands the risk of becoming an accomplice. So will the policy of continuity be used in future to blackmail suspects?
With continuity as a selling point, would Edo people continue to experience discrimination in governance in which for instance roads in the GRA are not maintained because according to government, it is rich people who live there? Again will other political parties be allowed to use the state owned stadium as well as the Edo Broadcasting Service (EBS)? What about multiple and increased taxation, will they continue? Would local government funds continue to be manipulated while the salaries of their workers remain unpaid? Will pensioners owed several months pension remain in penury? If all we have said so far will or will not happen, the people deserve to know the nature of continuity to expect.

Edo people, here comes another "C"
Politics / Between Blames And Performance – A Tale Of Incompetent Leadership by samsy5460(m): 11:08pm On Aug 06, 2016
I am not surprised that Lai Mohammed is still blaming the past administrations for the economic difficulties of this hour, that is Lai being the quixotic Lai Mohammed. What the Buhari government fail to understand correctly is that responsible leaders don’t engage in the losers’ lark of blaming others for misfortunes. While the previous political administrations may have their failures, they were compassionate enough to avoid pursuing the inhumane primeval economic policies of the past fourteen months.
In the words of the central bank governor, the present financial pressure on the people is a direct result of the discordant and illogical economic directives from the top. After fourteen months in government, the Buhari Administration is still unable to convince Nigerians of how its economic policies will free Nigerians from financial hardship.
Instead of a vigorous pursuit of economic rejuvenation, this administration is ensnared in divisionary fights, ethical and political scandals, human rights abuse, and a wasteful search for the way back to the past. The lack of articulate pursuit of people-oriented economic answers is the cause of the growing fourteen months financial squeeze on the people, not whatever Lai Mohammed spew up in his last press release.
For reality sake, one cannot continue to take Lai Mohammed too seriously; he is known for casually adjusting his narratives to suit his convenience. Now that Lai Mohammed is narrating blames instead of performance, it is appropriate that we point him where the blame belongs. Obasanjo did whatever he was capable of doing with the paltry three billion dollars he met in the national reserves and an oil price of $12 a barrel. We all lament the squandermania of the Jonathan era, yet the Treasury has $33 billion net balance as of the last day of his presidency. Although things weren’t rosy during the Jonathan administration, they were not half as bad as now. Only a Lai Mohammed can blame something else for the failures of the last 14 months.
Nigerians demand a change from an inept and craven leadership that is unable to enumerate correctly and accept the harsh impacts of its non-performance on the people. If the Buhari administration cannot lead Nigeria back to glory, it should do the honorable thing; quit and allow responsible leaders lead the nation. The narratives of the chickens are finally coming home to roost after 16 years of mismanagement is only a façade to cover an egregious non-performance.
It will serve the Buhari administration well to tell us our current external reserve based on average oil price in the past fourteen months, $33 billion net reserves as of May 29, 2015, and the increasing economic squeeze on the people. Our foreign reserves should be growing if the war on corruption is as effective as we are all made to believe, and if the present economic hardship is truly a sacrifice for a better future. Anything short of growth in external reserves points to a very dishonest, inhumane, clueless, and incompetent leadership.
Finally, I ask the Buhari administration to concentrate on how to ease the economic pain on the people. Nigerians are tired of excuses and blames. We demand performance from the party that paraded themselves as competent enough to give Nigerians better life within six months in office. It is not acceptable for the same set of people to remain in campaign mode and continue to blame others fourteen months into their failed policies and disastrous performance.
The point simply is this; winners and performers find a way to achieve results responsibly irrespective of the obstacles. The losers and non-performers are irresponsible whiners who will blame their failures on just about anything, and seek every justifiable excuse in the book to absolve their non-performance.

I want to say something about the spirituality debate. You don't believe in God? Fine. Why is it so important for many of you to mock those of us that do? IF we're wrong, what have we lost when we die?

NOTHING! How does our believing in Jesus bring you any harm? You think it makes me stupid? Gullible? Fine. How does that affect you? Have you thought, "If you are the one that is wrong at the End, your consequence is FAR WORSE, Because at that time there is no more time for REPENTANCE".
I, Samuel Oduwa, would rather live my life believing in God and serving Him, and find out I was RIGHT, than not believe in Him and not serve Him, and find out I was WRONG. THEN IS TOO LATE.
There's no shame in my game! I believe in JESUS CHRIST. He said deny me in front of your friends & I will deny you in front of my Father.

Religion / Do Not Ignore The Warnings (1) by samsy5460(m): 9:31am On Jul 17, 2016
"A West Virginia State Trooper stopped a woman for going 15 miles over the speed limit. After he handed her a ticket, she asked him, "Don't you give out warnings?"
"Yes, ma'am," he replied. "They're all up and down the road. They say, 'Speed Limit 55.'" (from Readers Digest, "All In a Day's Work", by Patricia Greenlee)
This story reminds me that one day we will stand before the great Judge. There are many people who expect they will receive merely a "warning" and then they will be given an opportunity to try again. The response on that day will be, "I gave out plenty of warnings -- all through your life -- but you ignored them all."
Remember the rich man in Luke 16 who died and went to Hades? He begged for a messenger to be sent back as a warning to his brothers. The response he got was this: "They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them....If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead." (Luke 16:29,31)
The warnings are there, all over the road. If we ignore the warnings and live the way we want to live rather than for the glory of God, then we shouldn't be surprised when the punishment is issued on the Last Day.
The warnings are there -- listen and heed them.
Have a great day!

THE MURDER OF THE FULANI: YUGOSLAVIA UNFOLDING

The Department of State Security (DSS) have claimed that five Fulani herdsmen were abducted, killed and buried in a mass grave by members of IPOB in Abia state a few days ago. They have also claimed that there were up to fifty more bodies in that mass grave and that they are all Fulani.

The implications of this announcement is obvious. It will create more tension and fear in the land and it will lead to reprisal killings in the north. Violence is never the way out and I have always believed that it has no place in any civilized society. Yet what I find curious about this announcement is the fact that it is unique and historic.

I say this because thousands of Igbos, Yorubas, Niger-Deltans and Middle Belters have been killed by Fulani militants and herdsmen over the last ten months since President Buhari came to power yet the DSS has never announced it and told the country about the details and ethnic identities of the victims.

When one thousand Shiite Muslims were slaughtered in Zaria and buried in mass graves the DSS did not speak. When five hundred Idomas were massacred in Agatu by Fulani militants the DSS did not speak.

When hundreds of southern and Middle Belt farms were raided by AK-47-wielding Fulani herdsmen who murdered, raped, burnt down and took over the land of their victims the DSS never gave us details of the victims or made any announcements.

When our leaders in the south were kidnapped and when men witnessed their wives and children being raped and butchered by the Fulani militias before their very eyes the DSS made no announcements.

When the elder-statesman Chief Olu Falae's farm was raided by the Fulani militants for the third time in one year and his OPC guard was slaughtered the DSS made no announcements.

When the villagers and farmers in the south-east were murdered and their wives and daughters were abducted by the Fulani militants the DSS made no announcements.

When traditional rulers, nuns and priests were abducted and killed by Fulani herdsmen in the south-south the DSS made no announcements.

When the farms of the south west were attacked and ravaged and Yoruba farmers and their families were butchered by the Fulani militants the DSS made no announcements.

When the International Terror Index told the world that the Fulani militias in Nigeria are the "fourth most deadly terror organization in the world" the DSS said nothing and neither did they give us details about their activities or their victims.

Worse of all is the fact that our government and our President, who himself happens to be a Fulani, has never deemed it fit or necessary to condemn the activities of the Fulani herdsmen and militants and neither have they expressed any sympathy or displayed any empathy for their many victims.

Let me be clear: the murder of anyone, regardless of their ethnicity or faith, is unacceptable to me. I deplore murder and violence and in my view the killing of one innocent soul diminishes the humanity of every single one of us as a community and nation.

However it seems curious that the minute that Fulanis are killed in the east the DSS is quick to rise to the occasion and express concern about it whilst they do not express the same concern when Nigerians from other ethnic nationalities are killed by the Fulani in their own homes and land.

Therein lies the double standard and it is sad and unfortunate. Furthermore not only is it very dangerous but it also confirms the view that our government and security agencies are not only partial but that they are also attempting to implement an ethnic and religious agenda.

Three questions must be answered: firstly who is funding the Fulani herdsmen and where do they get their weapons from? Secondly why does our government not only turn a blind eye to the mass murder and genocide that they regularly indulge in but also go out of their way to protect them?

And thirdly why do the government and security agencies have so much hatred and contempt for those that the Fulani regularly target and their victims and why do they believe that those victims do not deserve to enjoy the full protection of the Nigerian Federal Government?

Could it be because they are regarded as slaves and second class citizens? Is Fulani blood and are Fulani lives more important than others? Indeed do non-Fulani lives matter in President Buhari's Nigeria?

Are we compelled to begin a ‘’non-Fulani lives matter’’ movement which is based and fashioned on the ‘’Black Lives Matter’’ movement in the United States of America before we can draw the attention of the world to what is going on in our country?

Is it not obvious and logical that when the security agencies refuse to protect the citizens from the murderous hordes and herdsmen from hell those citizens will eventually seek to protect themselves and go on the offensive? That is human nature and it is to be expected.

Is it not clear to those in power that when a people are convinced that their government is no longer impartial in any conflict and that the security agencies of that government have been directed to go out of their way to actively and openly support those that constantly and regularly slaughter their people it will eventually lead to open war?

Is it so difficult to accept the fact that no government and no force from hell or on earth can compel or intimidate a man into lying down passively and silently watch his family, loved ones and kinsmen being butchered and slaughtered morning, day and night without trying to protect them and without indulging in some form of retaliation?

With the sort of things that are going on in our country today it is time to tell ourselves some home-truths. No-one wishes to accept it let alone say it but sadly war will come to Nigeria again within the next few years. I do not want war and I consider it to be the ultimate evil but I am constrained to speak the truth and say things as I see them.

The fact that a war is coming is a testimony to the fact that we have all failed to manage the peace that God has given us since 1970 and the cessation of hostilities after our brutal civil war. We have failed so badly that the remote and immediate causes of that civil war are back with us today even though we hate to admit or acknowledge it.

Our country is like Yugoslavia unfolding before it exploded and violently broke into five separate countries. All the signs are there. Anyone that knows about the history of Yugoslavia or that is a student of world history will agree with me and appreciate what I am saying.

Consider the dangerous mix. A crumbling economy. An inept, weak, failing and paranoid government. A hungry, angry and increasingly desperate civilian population. An ignorant, obsessive, arrogant, insensitive, corrupt and self-absorbed political class who are out of touch with reality.

The ruthless implementation of an ethnic and religious agenda by a reckless and irresponsible government that refuses to consider the implications of taking such a course of action and that have an early-1960’s mind-set. The growing unrest, ethnic killings and sectarian murders.

An ethnic and religious division within the Armed Forces and security agencies. A relentless clamp-down on and persecution of the opposition and all dissenting voices by the government and the use of fear as a tool of governance and control.

The entering into a secret and covert treaty and military alliance with a group of Arab Sunni Muslim countries that seek to Islamise our country, that have, over the years, funded the most brutal and barbaric jihadist and radical Islamist terrorist organisations all over the world and that seek to impugn our national integrity and violate the secularity of our state.

The constant and open abuse of power. The impunity and insensitivity of the Buhari administration to the plight of the masses. The hunger, hardship, poverty and suffering in the land. The failure of the government to get rid of the fuel queues and supply electrical power.

The demonisation of peaceful and law-abiding self-determination groups and the unlawful incarceration of their leaders. The breach of the constitutional rights of the citizens and the ignoring of court orders and judicial processes by the government.

The attempt to intimidate and control the Judiciary and Legislature by the government and so much more. The list goes on and on and history proves that such a mixture of circumstances is dangerous and can only lead to open conflict if not halted.

The country is badly divided today and the people are suffering as never before. The division and hatred amongst some of our ethnic groups has reached pre-civil war levels.

We in the south must prepare for the worse and not be found wanting when the trouble starts. That is my greatest fear.

We must not end up like the Bosnians of Bosnia-Herzogovina did during the Yugoslavian civil war in the European Balkans in the late 1980's right up until 1992.

They were the only ethnic group in Yugoslavia that was not prepared for it when the war started. They had no arms, no plan, no allies and no fall back position.

When the fighting started they were caught unawares and for two years they suffered immeasurably for their stupidity and naivety whilst their people were killed like flies and their women and children were raped and enslaved. God forbid this should happen to our people.

The reason that they suffered for two years was because there was an international arms embargo placed on all the ethnic groups and warring militias and armies in Yugoslavia when the war started.

And sadly the Bosnians were the only ones that did not buy and stockpile arms in preparation for war months and years before it actually broke out.

Plagued by a cowardly and weak-minded ruling elite and a naive, self-serving, servile, ignorant and intellectually-challenged middle class the Bosnians just kept talking, writing newspaper articles, appeasing the aggressors and their tormentors, praying and hoping for peace whilst all the other ethnic and religious groups and warring parties were quietly preparing for war. Sounds familiar?

They suffered immensely for their lack of understanding, insight and foresight and their civilian population paid a heavy price. For two years after the civil war started the Bosnians could not even buy a gun or bullet to defend themselves. Their towns were besieged and blown up whilst their women and children were raped, enslaved and butchered.

Their men were rounded up into Second World War-like Nazi concentration camps and starved and tortured to death and their dignity and self-respect was taken from them. They were turned into an internally-displaced people and their land was transformed into a sea of desperate and suffering refugees.

It was a nightmare from hell and suffering on this scale had not been seen on European soil since the First and Second World Wars.

It was after the international community silently watched them being slaughtered by their Serbian and Croatian compatriots for two long years that they were compelled, as a consequence of pressure from the people of the world and on moral and humanitarian grounds, to lift the arms embargo on them so that they could buy arms to defend themselves.

The war dragged on for more years after that but at least the Bosnians, though two years late, were now able to fight back and defend themselves.

It took the intervention of NATO, the bombing of Belgrade by the international community led by the Americans and the eventual break-up of the entire country into five pieces to stop the carnage and barbarity of the Serbs and eventually bring the civil war to an end.

It was during that war that the term "ethnic cleansing" was first used by CNN to describe what was being done by the Serbs to the Bosnians, the Croats, the Slovenians, the Kosovars, the Macedonians and the Monte Negrans, all of whom represented the other ethnic groups that made up the old Yugoslavia.

Eventually the country broke up and each of them got their independence from the dominant Serbs and from one another.

If such a thing could have happened in the heart of Europe in the early 1990's why on earth would any reasonably intelligent person dismiss the notion that it can happen here?

The only difference would be that if such a thing were to ever unfold in our country it would be far worse than what happened in Yugoslavia due to the sheer size of our population.

The signs are already there and it is left for us to recognize them and prepare ourselves for the worse or to ignore them and, like the Bosnians, eventually pay a very heavy price. I pray that I am wrong but as far as I am concerned, for Nigeria, the bell is tolling. May the Lord deliver us.

Religion / Q & A On Homosexuallity, Lesbianism & Other Tormenting Habits, With Pst Chris by samsy5460(m): 6:37pm On Mar 01, 2016
Question on How to Deal with Homosexuality (on transcripts). Question from Mark (USA): Dear Pastor Chris, you spoke about homosexuality and how it is a sickness of the mind. Pastor, how can one get rid of it? Does the person have to go about seeking prayers or just control his body through God’s word? Also, how do we handle the homosexuals in the church and community? Is Hatred towards them right or should we just pray for them? Answer: Hatred towards anybody will never be right, no matter how bad such a person has been or no matter how sinful. Hatred is not acceptable from us toward anybody. Now, you said, “…how can one get rid of homosexuality? Does the person have to go about seeking prayers or just control his body through God’s word?” Now, it depends on the seriousness of the condition. There are three levels of homosexuality and, in fact, many other practices that people are involved in. The first one is: 1.) The level of fascination: Now, at the level of fascination, you can, through your meditation on God’s word [you know], get rid of it yourself; you can! You meditate on God’s word and by changing your mind, you would [you can] effect changes in your way of life, and that’ll be the end of homosexuality; but you’ve got to make up your mind for that. 2.) The second level isthelevel of habit: Now, at the level of habit, you are more or less under the control of your own mind, but a way of life that has now…because, in the beginning, we control [we create] our habits, but in the end, our habits produce a character for us. So, once it has come to the second level of a habit, you would need to break it through another habit; which means, you have to develop a new habit of consciousness of the word of God. That’s a little more difficult for younger Christians. But it is possible, and necessary, if you are already at the level of habit, which is the second level. It does mean that you would need to produce or create a new habit – the habit of not doing it – the habit of replacing your thoughts with certain thoughts of God and being in certain places instead of what would normally attract your attention or your interest to homosexuality. So, you develop a new kind of habit. Like I said, it requires a lot more discipline than the first level. 3.) Now, the third level is where you would require someone to help you; your Pastor will be able to help you. Of course, any other more mature Christian can do that for you, but, always better when you talk with your Pastor. That third level isthe demonic level. Now, the demonic level is where a demon has now taken advantage of what you were fascinated with that became a habit, and began to control your mind to this level where this demon, having observed you and observed your interest, has taken a hold of you in this area of your life. And so, [it] can make you subject to his dictates—anytime. You are now in bondage. See, it’s come to a demonic level; you are now in bondage to that devil. You have yielded to that devil and that devil must be cast out. It must be cast out of your mind, out of your system, before you will be free. Now, can you do that yourself? Oh, yes! It is possible also; but, it does require more knowledge of the word, more….a better understanding of the scriptures and definiteness of purpose. You make up your mind [that] this is what you want and you’re going to have to have it this way. And then, you ask that devil to go and you’ll have to trust, in faith, that that devil heard you. But if you go to someone who’s more mature than you, it’ll be far better because he’ll cast that devil out of you and you’ll keep the devil out. So, that’s why I said it depends on which of these levels the homosexual is: fascination level, habit level or the demonic level. Now, you say, “how can one know?” Okay. How can you know what level you’re in? That’s why I said you better go to your Pastor and say, “look, this is what I’ve been doing” and, through the Spirit of God and by ministering to you, he can tell how far-gone you are. And, if you’ve been trying to get out of it yourself, you would know because of the difficulty you’ve experienced in trying to come out of it; you can tell at what level you might have found yourself.
Nairaland / General / Robbery: New Method Of Carjacking...robbery Et Al by samsy5460(m): 9:22am On Oct 22, 2015
There is a new number plate hijacking trend. Hi-jackers follow you to a parking lot, after you leave your vehicle, they remove your number plate and wait. When u come back and drive off, they follow you. They then overtake you, displaying your number plate out of their window as if if you just lost it and they want to give it back to you. When you stop to get your number plate back, guns come out and they take the car. Maybe even take you and your car. It's a very well rehearsed and organised plan and everything happens very quickly. Other motorists may not be aware whats happening as you stopped the car yourself. Pls alert others to this danger!!! Don't keep this news. Spread it.
Religion / Building A Healthy Home. by samsy5460(m): 1:33pm On Feb 22, 2015
Our homes should be able to impact life.
It's not education that will change the world
otherwise professors would have,
Neither is the military or paramilitary nor the
church, but the family and that was why God
instituted marriage, the home.
Ingredients in Col 3vs16-21,
. Jesus as the head of the home. Studying
Gods word, praying together.
. Submission (wife's to husbands , husbands to
God) for the headship of a man is not cultural
but essential. Thats not to say the man should
manipulate the woman.
. Love ( husband and wife should be firmly
committed to one another regardless of
feelings).
. Obedience ( children obedience to their
parents)
Note: 1
. You must follow Gods pattern to building
your home
. Train your child according to Gods pattern
. Make your home a safe place to live in
. Building a Godly home is a team work
. Develop a plan for your home and pray it to
reality
Note:2
. Create an atmosphere for ur home I.e there
must be a demonstration of love
. Understand the permanent equation. Btw
husband and wife, and the temporary equation
at home btw parents and the children
. Listening to your children
. Make your home a fun place to be.
Lastly,
You can be a good pastor, professor, army
general, pilot, an engineer etc.and not be a
good parent or father.
Education / HELP! Thanka, But No Thanks by samsy5460(m): 1:09pm On Feb 21, 2015
I hope you find it useful.
lipsrsealed A man, an avid gardener, saw a small butterfly
laying few eggs in one of the pots in his garden.
Since that day he looked at the egg with ever
growing curiosity and eagerness. The egg started
to move and shake a little. He was exited to see
a new life coming up right in front of his eyes.
He spent hours watching the egg now. The egg
started to expand and develop cracks.. A tiny
head and antennae started to come out ever so
slowly. The man's excitement knew no bounds.
He got his magnifying glasses and sat to watch
the life and body of a pupa coming out. He saw
the struggle of the tender pupa and couldn't
resist his urge to "HELP".
He went and got a tender forceps to help the
egg break, a nip here, a nip there to help the
struggling life and the pupa was out. The man
was ecstatic! He waited now each day for the
pupa to grow and fly like a beautiful butterfly,
but alas that never happened. The larvae pupa
had an oversized head and kept crawling along
in the pot for the full 4 weeks and died!
Depressed the man went to his botanist friend
and asked the reason. His friend told him the
struggle to break out of the egg helps the larvae
to send blood to its wings and the head push
helps the head to remain small so that the
tender wings can support it through its 4 week
life cycle. In his eagerness to help, the man
destroyed a beautiful life!
Struggles help all of us, that's why a wee bit of
effort goes a long way to develop our strength
to face life's difficulties! As parents, we
sometimes go too far trying to help and protect
our kids from life's harsh realities and
disappointments. We don't want our kids to
struggle like we did.
Harvard psychiatrist Dr. Dan Kindlon says that
over-protected children are more likely to
struggle in relationships and with challenges.
We are sending our kids the message that they
are not capable of helping themselves. To quote
clinical psychologist, Dr. Wendy Moral: "It is
our job to prepare our children for the road
and not prepare the road for our children"
Very insightful and real. I feel all parents need
to read this in the interest of our children and
our country. Our lifestyles these days and mode
of living may not be preparing these children to
be tough mentally and emotionally.
Most modern Nigerian parents may be setting
the younger generation up for relationship
failure. I once had a discussion with a parent
who sees it as absurd that her daughter should
be playing 10-10 ( I believe you know what that
is). Children should be allowed to grow like
children and not be over protected. The life of
Michael Jackson is a lesson in how a child
should not grow. Some of us have indulged
children to live a life that they may find difficult
to maintain when they become independent.

Caught up with this somewhere on the net.
There must be a lesson in here for everyone.

Dear APC/PDP Voltrons on Social Media
Dear Die Hard APC and PDP People who
sit on social media (especially twitter)
and bully the rest of us when we try to
express our somewhat neutral and
objective views and who refuse to listen
to reason,
Screw you! May you choke on your
sanctimonious eba/pounded yam/tuwo while
typing from your fake accounts on twitter.
Yes I said it, you do not deserve the civility
you deny other people on social media.
Screw your #Ihavedecided #transformation
#marchforgej and other bullshit hashtags
with no lubrication. You are what is wrong
with the country parading as agents of
change and transformation. Instead of
winning the undecided with facts and smart
arguments you sit around and insult people.
How is that change or transformation? (Isnt
it messed up that the slogans for both
campaigns are basically synonyms,
significance? They are the same!) The thugs
that are hired by parties or the soldiers and
security forces that are used to strangle the
people’s will arent different from people
that go to the internet and proceed to
verbally assault people who disagree with
them or verbally assault them. You my dear
friends are social thugs, uncouth
incompetent uncivilized thugs that are an
embarrassment to democracy and it’s
ideals.
Cyber-bullies of the highest order, these
men and women who often times accuse the
opposing parties candidate of not being for
free speech or of using the might of
government to rig or manipulate elections
are themselves enemies of freedom and free
speech. Free speech to my understanding
gives me the right to express my opinion
and if my opinion is in disagreement with
yours you are allowed to make your
argument using points and facts. Intelligent
people and the more sophisticated of the
human race make arguments with verifiable
facts and do not result to blatant insults to
get their points across. I weep for my
country and my generation because what
people display on social media is that
objectivity is by and large dead in our
nation and civil discussion and intelligent
debate is in a comatose state.
The same people that insult each other in
social media now as youths will grow up to
be the politicians that tomorrow break
maces on people’s heads while fighting on
the legislature floor. It is a slow decline
that portends a bleak future for the nation.
Of course there are those in the minority
who respect the views of others and when in
disagreement politely state their argument.
To those I say, you are the future of a
refined and progressive Nigeria. We should
never be way too passionate about anything
that we lose our ability to reason and be
civil ( yes religion, I m talking to you too)
Why the not so epic rant? Earlier today, I
tried to civilize a pig headed savage (twitter
handle – @gbengagold) by simply pointing
out that a statement he made about a video
of the vice president saying his party was a
muslim party was taken out of context
based on what I read elsewhere. The man
probably took a look at my handle name
which is Farouk and made a snap judgement
that a) I am a muslim b) I am probably a
PDP supporter and took to insulting me and
telling me he has a friend that was lost in
the kaduna riot. Of course I tried my best
to restrain from insulting the man and
eventually reported the wawa to twitter for
abuse.
We have to say no to these APC and PDP
stans running around twitter and facebook.
When you come across one spouting
falsehoods make it a point to correct them.
If they reply with insults report them to the
social media, let’s not keep quiet. It is time
for the non-partisan objective people to be
vocal.
Sorry about the rant, had to vent. Have
you had an experience with any of these
APC/PDP stans in this election period?
What happened? And who was it? Let’s
name and shame the bigots and pig
headed people amongst us. How do we
quel this behavior? Is objectivity and
intelligent debate truly dead in Nigeria

A blast ripped through a car park outside a
stadium where President Goodluck Jonathan
had addressed a re-election campaign rally on
Monday, minutes after he left, witnesses said.
Mohammed Bolari, who was at the rally in
Gombe, said the explosion happened at 3:10
pm just three minutes after Jonathan’s
departure.
A local reporter added: “The president had just
passed the parking lot and we were trailing
behind his convoy when the explosion
happened… just 100 metres (yards) from the
bus we were driving in.”

Nairaland / General / Throuhh The Eye Of A Rapist (not A Joke) by samsy5460(m): 10:39am On Dec 04, 2014
Through a Rapist's Eyes (No Joke)
When this was sent to me, I was told to
forward it to my lady friends, but I forwarded
it to most everyone in my address book. My
men friends have female friends and this
Information is too important to miss
someone.
Please pass it along and share it with your
children.
A group of rapists and date rapists in prison
were interviewed on what they look for in a
potential victim and here are some interesting
facts:
1) The first thing men look for in a potential
victim is hairstyle. They are most likely to go
after a woman witha ponytail, bun, braid or
other hairstyle that can easily be grabbed .
They are also likely to go after a woman with
long hair . Women with short hair are not
common targets.
2) The second thing men look for is clothing.
They will look for women who's clothing is
easy to remove quickly. Many of them carry
scissors around specifically to cut clothing.
3) They also look for women on their cell
phone, searching through their purse, or
doing other activities while walking because
they are off-guard and can be easily
overpowered.
4) Men are most likely to attack & rape in the
early morning, between 5: 00a.m. and
8:30a.m.
5) The number one place women are abducted
from/attacked is grocery store parking lots.
The number two:office parking lots/garages.
Number three: public restrooms.
6) The thing about these men is that they are
looking to grab a woman and quickly move her
to another location where they don't have to
worry about getting caught.
7) Only 2% said they carried weapons because
rape carries a 3-5 year sentence but rape with
a weapon is 15-20 years.
cool If you put up any kind of a fight at all, they
get discouraged because it only takes a minute
or two for them to realize that going after you
isn't worth it because it will be time-
consuming.
9) These men said they would not pick on
women who have umbrellas, or other similar
objects that can be used from a distance, in
their hands
Keys are NOT a deterrent because you have to
get really close to the attacker to use them as
a weapon. So, the idea is to convince these
guys you're not worth it.
10) Several defense mechanisms he taught us
are: If someone is following behind you on a
street or in a garage or with you in an elevator
or stairwell, look them in the face and ask
them a question, like what time is it?, or make
general small talk: 'I can't believe it is so cold
out here,' 'We're in for a bad winter.' Now
you've seen their face and could identify them
in a line-up; you lose appeal as a target.
11) If someone is coming toward you, hold
out your hands in front of you and yell STOP!
or STAY BACK! Most of the rapists this man
talked to said they'd leave a woman alone if
she yelled or showed that she would not be
afraid to fight back. Again, they are looking
for an EASY target.
12) If you carry pepper spray (this instructor
was a huge advocate of it and carries it with
him wherever he goes), yell I HAVE PEPPER
SPRAY and holding it out will be a deterrent.
13) If someone grabs you, you can't beat them
with strength but you can by outsmarting
them. If you are grabbed around the waist
from behind, pinch the attacker either under
the Arm (between the elbow and armpit)OR in
the upper inner thigh VERY VERY HARD. One
woman in a class t his guy taught told him she
used the underarm pinch on a guy who was
trying to date rape her and was so upset she
broke through the skin and tore out muscle
strands - the guy needed stitches. Try pinching
yourself in those places as hard as you can
stand it - it hurts.
14) After the initial hit, always GO for the
GROIN. I know from a particularly
unfortunate experience that if you slap a guy's
parts it is extremely painful. You might think
that you'll anger the guy and make him want
to hurt you more, but the thing these rapists
told our instructor is that they want a woman
who will not cause a lot of trouble. Start
causing trouble and he's out of there.
15) When the guy puts his hands up to you,
grab his first two fingers and bend them back
as far as possible with as much pressure
pushing down on them as possible. The
instructor did it to me without using much
pressure, and I ended up on my knees and
both knuckles cracked audibly.
16) Of course the things we always hear still
apply. Always be aware of your surroundings,
take someone with you if you can and if you
see any odd behavior, don't dismiss it, go with
your instincts!!!
You may feel a little silly at the time, but
you'd feel much worse if the guy really was
trouble.
Science/Technology / CDC Whistleblower Exposes Ebola Vaccinations Containing RFID Chips by samsy5460(m): 10:50pm On Oct 20, 2014
A CDC whistleblower has recently gone on
record to expose nefarious government plans
which would use the impending US Ebola
pandemic as an opportunity to implant RFID
technology in American citizens.Brent Hopskins
was a CDC contractor before coming forward
with serious allegations against his former
employer. Hopskins claims that an Ebola
vaccine has been prepared for the general
public in the form of disposable, one-use
syringes. The downside, however, is that each
of these syringes will contain not only the
vaccine, but a micro RFID chip as well.CDC
officials intend to issue these syringe packages
to over 200, 000 households by December 1st.
Consumers will also be able to request the
Ebola vaccine at their local drug
store.Hopskins also indicates that the RFID
chip will work toward more easily identifying
and separating those who have been inoculated
and those who have not. Individuals who
refuse to receive the Ebola vaccination will
face serious hurdles in gaining employment,
visiting public places, obtaining future medical
care, and even potential prison time.During
correspondence with National Report, Brent
Hopskins is quoted as saying, “I cannot sit idly
by as these atrocities unfold… The American
government wants to implant RFID chips in
every man, woman and child. They are now
using the threat of Ebola to push this nefarious
plot. The public is forced to make a decision
between the horrible demise that Ebola offers,
or relinquish every ounce of their privacy by
getting an RFID chip implanted under their
skin.Many Americans have expressed concern
that the CDC officials are collaborating with
the government to use this new system as a
way to introduce martial law. Others, such as
popular radio host, Alex Jones, insist that the
deadly virus was deliberately planted on US
soil to thin the ever-growing population. As
Hopskins puts it, “This is a baby step towards
complete control of the masses who have
grown increasingly frustrated and distrustful of
the powers that be. The ultimate goal of the
United States Government is to enslave all
people who fall bellow a particular tax bracket
and Ebola is how they’re going to do it.”

Nairaland / General / Us Dept. Ebola Alert by samsy5460(m): 11:49pm On Aug 11, 2014
Must read: US State Department Ebola Alert

If you want to know more about the Ebola virus, then read this alert from the US Embassy here in Nigeria ...

In order to help our Embassy Community better understand some of the key points about the Ebola virus we have consulted with our medical specialists at the U S State Department and assembled this list of bullet points worded in plain language for easy comprehension. Our medical specialists remind everyone that they should be following the guideline from the center for Disease Control and the World Health Organisation.

• The suspected reservoirs for Ebola are fruit bats.
• Transmission to humans is thought to originate from infected bats or primates that have become infected by bats.
• Undercooked infected bat and primate (bush) meat transmits the virus to humans.
• Human to human transmission is only achieved by physical contact with a person who is acutely and gravely ill from the Ebola virus or their body fluids.Continue...

• Transmission among humans is almost exclusively among caregiver family members or health care workers tending to the very ill.
• The virus is easily killed by contact with soap, bleach, sunlight, or drying. A washing machine will kill the virus in clothing saturated with infected body fluids.
• A person can incubate the virus without symptoms for 2-21 days, the average being 5-8 days before becoming ill. THEY ARE NOT CONTAGIOUS until they are acutely ill.
• Only when ill does the viral load express itself first in the blood and then in other bodily fluids (to include vomit, feces, urine, breast milk, semen and sweat).
• If you are walking around you are not infectious to others.
• There are documented cases from Kikwit, DRC of an Ebola outbreak in a village that had the custom of children never touching an ill adult. Children living for days in small one room huts with parents who died from Ebola did not become infected.
• You cannot contract Ebola by handling money, buying local bread or swimming in a pool.
• There is no medical reason to stop flights, close borders, restrict travel or close embassies, businesses or schools.
• As always practice good hand washing techniques, but you will not contract Ebola if you do not touch a dying person.

Thousands of cars are stolen every
year in California, but in 1981, there
was one car theft that made all the
local papers and was the lead story
on the evening news. The police had
issued an all-points bulletin to find
the missing car and to make contact
with the person who stole it.
Why was this car theft getting so
much attention? The owner of the
stolen car had informed the police
that on the front seat of the car was
a box of crackers laced with a deadly
poison. The car owner had planned
to use the crackers as rat bait. So
the police were desperately trying
to find the thief not to punish him,
but to save his life. They were afraid
he would eat one of the crackers
and die.
In the same way, our Heavenly
Father pursues us - not because he
wants to punish us but because he
wants to save us. You may be
running away from God
because - like the car thief - you are
a sinner. You have broken God's
law.
But what you may not realize is that
God is trying to rescue you, not
condemn you. The penalty for your
sin has been paid by Jesus Christ on
the cross, and God wants to give you
your freedom. So stop running and
turn yourself in. Your life is at stake!
"For the wages of sin is death; but
the gift of God is eternal life through
Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans
6:23).
