hello house pls help.my system dvd rom has refused to play discs . It's either it says insert disc or for most of the time shows a fully loaded disc to be empty. pls Wat do I do.moreso wenneva I boot my system,it takes time until I have to open d dvd b4 it can boot easily . pls I await ur professional help .
