At least the certificate position one for an opportunity, not all graduates will be jobless and not all jobless are graduates. When u do not have a certificate, you are not qualified to work in some places except you are impersonating. Many of them end up being a menial labourers, maids ,drivers or business men or women as their capacity could carry. Not every one has the heart to be dealing in drugs and other illicit deeds.
