Amechi wanted to exploit the constitutional vacuum in rivers judiciary to frustrate the swearing in of Wike but he has been disappointed again.

Yesterday a case that was filed to stop Wike from being sworn in on 29th was struck out by the IMO high court for lack of jurisdiction.
