At this junction, i will like to give my piece of advice to Oga Seun to do something about the fake results being posted every second on this forum even after the authority has clearly issued warning against such actions before the election. I will not mention any political party here but we all know what has been going on since yesterday evening, pls let us desist from this act that is able to set Nigeria on fire if the final results are announced and they conflict what we were already fed people with.
God bless Nigeria !
God bless Nairalanders !!

Politics › Jega: Mr President Inability To Be Accredited A National Embarrassment. by Samunique(op): 10:05pm On Mar 28, 2015 |
The INEC Boss Jega has described what happened to Mr President at his ward today in his home state as national embarrassment, he however stated that an apology has been sent to him.
On the failure of the card readers, the INEC Boss while being interviewed by a top NTA official Crily Stobber, said "MAN PROPOSES GOD DISPOSES" we had plans to have a near perfect election but as it is now, it is not too bad ( it's still good ) he how reassure nigerians that the hiccups experienced today will be looked into and and tackled appropriately.

callmenow: Speaking from both sides of your mouth again. With friends like you, Jonathan does not need any enemies. What has Jonathan got to do with voting in the South East? He has fulfilled his promise to deal with Boko haram to give this election a veneer of respectability by saying that all parts of Nigeria must vote? It is right that vote in these areas be suspended by INEC and the remainder of the nation is used for the determination of the winner. I believe there is a cast iron provision in our constitution for this possibility. I don't think u love GEJ as much as i do! But the truth must be told, Gej promised the whole nation that if elections will not hold in any part of Nigeria it will not be in his own time and went ahead to promise the elections will hold in the northeast. So my point is this, if he has thus promised then he should deliver to keep his integrity, so if he wins the election ( which i know he will ) then nobody will accuse him of fowl play, even though it is constitutional for any part of to be left out if there are security challenges ! But i thought Gej shouldn't have come out to make such a promise, he should have been a bit diplomatic and reserved bcs people will hold him by his word. So he should keep his word, that is INTEGRITY!!!! So how does this make me his enemy |

Politics › Re: ICC To Investigate Patience Jonathan by Samunique(m): 9:34am On Mar 17, 2015 |
Eluwilussit: If GEJ wins, nothing will happen. If GMB wins, nothing will happen as well. Don't worry about the ICC. It is tootless. Ahmadinejad, once called for the extermination of the Jews, what did ICC do? We will need to give up PEJ as a people, and the courts will need to attach any act of violence to her speech.
The only time she would have been in serious trouble would have been if her utterances had resulted to serious violence and lives lost then or at a later date. It has got to be a very serious, high scale violence at national level. Not just a passionate talk of a woman in support of her husband.
If PDP should document Buhari's utterances in the past and that of Amaechi, then APC should have more to worry about than PEJ and PDP. As a matter of fact, the type of violence that took place in the north after Buhari lost in 2011, is enough to send the general to jail, if it could be proven that his speech had in anyway, influenced the violence. It is not an easy thing to do though. The only sensible and reasonable comment so far, very objective ! Not all these cowbell comments without any iota of sense. Thank u sir/ma !!!! |

Bayswater: You need to get your facts right. The Multinational Joint Task Force which Chad is a member recaptured two towns, they were even assisted by the Nigerian airforce who carried out air strikes non stop to dislodge the terrorists.
Let me tell you what you do not know: the gallant Nigerian Army has recovered over 50 towns, chad only recovered two border towns. I am not underplaying their help but the truth needs to be told. U don't need to explain anything to that dumb-head he's buharinistically drunk, he's speaking from his anus. |
Politics › Re: Boko Haram: Chad Withdraws Troops From Nigeria To Cameroon by Samunique(m): 2:59pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
Chadian troops have done crediblely well no doubt, but the unfortunate reports of some foreign journalists along with the main opposition( APC ) that nigerian government has to rely on chadian troops to fight the terrorists is not only discreditable And maligning, but also undermining the efforts and sacrifice our gallant soldiers made so far for the successes that have been recorded in the fight against BH.
If the malicious foreign journalists are saying such thing i do not expect any patriotic nigerian to join them, it's very shameful.
Meanwhile, people should know that BH is also a chadian problem as it stands now. So chadian troops are not only helping Nigeria but also their own country, and i think GMB should av known better before criticizing FG. |

I've tried over and over again to make sense of what I quoted up there without success. Most painful is this isn't a typo, it is simply how he speaks (gibberish in most cases when not reading from a prepared speech). Please if anyone has any idea what mr President was trying to say, fill me in.
And mr president I noticed even in your interview with Aisha Sasay, you kept saying "the Boko Haram" blablabla. Pleeeease, the "the" isn't necessary, simply say "Boko Haram". Haba. Could english language be this difficult for a supposed PhD holder?? Yes of course, u won't understand that simple English bcs of the hate u have for the man!!!! |
