If you stay off campus, pls try and join one of your friend in hostel.

After each class or the whole class for the day, try and go through what you have being thought (spend atleast 2hours with your note after class daily)... Don't forget to always make note while you are in class...

If you stay off campus pls try to make night class your rest room and make one of your course mate your reading mate!

Girl friend at this point is a "NO", don't even let her pay you a visit!

If you can't go for a night class... Make your bed your reading desk and your books your pillow!

Get recharge light or a touch for your light incase u don't have light!

I felt exactly how you are feeling right now...
I did my text January, I had all d symptoms of an HIV patient like sweeting at night sometimes, fatigue, sharp pain in my joint... The worst of it all is sometimes wen I brush, blood will be coming out in my mouth...
It all started January 2015 and I also had little little rashes all over my body (though this rashes has being there for long like pimples)...
Bros I was so afraid, I went for text in June 2015, I was so afraid that I didn't go back for my result till December 2015 wen the feeling got worst (I use to run high temperature and d rashes increased).... ah... I don die.... I went back to check my result the doc told me that it's more than 3 months that I will have to do another text. Hmmm.
First week of January 2016 I made up my mind and went for a full check up... I spent close to 2 hours waiting for my result, in d process I was wondering how it will feel to be living with the stigma and how i will be taking my drugs. There was one beautiful sisi that was sitting opposite me self... she was looking at me like (fine boy)? Me I was like mtchewww who be this one?
To my greatest surprise, the result came out and d doc said that am very sick (I almost fainted)... He added but u are "negative" and I shouted (ahhhh) like in d movies... Then I asked him. "Why are my sick"... He said I don't have blood (that is my blood level is below normal) and I am 1st degree malaria parasite positive. I said to myself... Thank God oh!
Anyways in all. The doctor said hiv virus is not that rampant that the only way to know that you are positive is to get texted.

So get texted and if you are positive... that is not d END of your life.
