bross forget that thing...you can't trace bitcoin....a lot of things are involved. It is only a foolish criminal that will receive bitcoin and withdraw immediately to a luno etc. What I believe they will do is move the money to 2 or more bitcoin account, in that way they are 100% safe. Now even if they withdraw through other accounts, to luno etc and luno reveals their details, the culprit will simply say they bought the bitcoin from bitcoin black MKT full stop and they don't know the person they bought it from....case closed.

The main problem is that there is no job in this country and the govt is going about spending the money foolishly without bringing people out of poverty. I know bitcoin very well and I know that guys especially kidnappers would use btc as a clean escape root...it is happening already....
