PoliticsRe: Don't Publish Election Results Before Official Release, Jega Warns 'nairalanders by san316(m): 11:02am On Dec 16, 2014
but for the mischief of some people who like spreading wrong info on nl, it is best that a follow up of the elections be posted so as to check rigging. however, it is the attitude of some of us herd that will cause the next election crisis. beware.
EducationRe: History Of Fuel Price Increases In Nigeria. by san316(m): 10:54am On Dec 16, 2014
In view, 2015 under gej, it will be N150.
by the way, nigeria devalued naira and the masses caused it. therefore, even if crude oil price drops to $1, they will still pay.

up GEJ. he keeps moving us forward..... pricewise
PoliticsRe: Ironic Reasons Why Jonathan Must Be Voted Come 2015 by san316(m):
Indeed, GEJ is a gentle man, he is not judgmental. even if you steal, he will forgive you. he is so calm he only uses 39% if his powers. he is forgiving that he forgave the ombatse people that killed some sss personel(through their director.

he also doesn't like rumor mongers that he sacked someone for claiming that $20b got missing.

vote gej 2015. cool

this is Nat a question of Muslim and christian when yaradua came out christian massively voted for him its all about countenance character and personality .
who told you yaradua was voted? by the way, were there other stronger christian option at that time? everybody knows that christians voted gej because of his professed religion.
PoliticsRe: Opinion:Will Christians Vote For Buhari Because Of RCCG Pastor Osinbajo? by san316(m): 9:55am On Dec 16, 2014
this is funny. now it is only christianz that have the right to vote based on religion.

ok now. when muslims start, the whole world will hear.

Okay. Talk about the general who incited the illiterate youths to carry out the blood bath and not how thhe already injured southerners insults the north. There is no justification for this, whatever happened, its creul.
that is where you all are being unjust to the poor man GMB. in what way did he incite the people? was it before or after he lost the election?

all I remember is that before the elections, he told people to protect their votes. that is by staying during counting, escorting the votes to collation centers and making sure there is no rigging. I am sure you never heard where he said people should lynch christians but just judging based on what you may have heard from lobbyists.

election violence did not start with buhari losing elections. so it is unfair to say that he incited people.

and mind you, im not justifying any form of violence. it is evil. I m only trying to vindicate the person being wrongly accused of causing it.

I assure you, GMB has not made the so called incisive comment but the wag things are going, there might be a repeat of 2011.

anyone who supports this cold murder whether directly or indirectly, even the land will know no peace.
I definitely do not support these senseless killings in the north. it only gives me a bad image and puts me at risk. and for my level of education, I could never engage in any ethno religious crisis. however, having established that going on rampage and killing innocent people is very evil, as cannot dispel the fact that curbing the cause is more important than condemning or mourning the outcome.

the rigging of elections is a key cause where the number of votes exceed the no of voters. I remember vividly one of my lecturers said at his polling unit in 2011, they were just 300 but when the result waz announced, over 2000 votes were recorded for them. how do u expect such people to react?

the way we post things online without recourse to its implication in real life is also a cause for concern. this post is indeed inciting southerners against northerners by using the pains of the bereaved. just read the comments, southerners accusing and insulting norgherners. do you think the northerners will be happy with this? dont you think that such will further exercabate the situation in case another crisis breaks out?

things like this only put people at risk and those singing war song may not be there to help bury the dead.

may God help us all.

even tinubu feels buhari is his puppet, then he is making a big mistake. by the time gmb emerges as president and starts giving everyone his size, eyes will return to the back.

funny enough pdp has become a phrase that denote crookedness and deceit. for e.g, when a nigerian says "you want to do me pdp abi?" it means " you want to cheat me right"

jail you shall go, you killer

and whats with domestic assistants going on rampage these days?

I think the condition of such jobs should be made more friendly to reduce such occurrences.

I know of a driver, he would drive his boss to a restaurant. he would watch him eat all d delicious food but even a grain of rice will not come to him(the driver). so one day, after such outing, the driver got angry and drove himself and his boss into a tree. the boss died instantly but the driver survived briefly to tell the tale.

PoliticsIf Apc Are Prgressives, What Are Pdp Members? by san316(op): 7:31am On Dec 15, 2014
For the first time, Nigeria now has a strong opposition with something close to an ideology, CHANGE!

just like in the US, where we have democrats and republicans. in uk we have conservatives and liberals.

now in Nigeria, APC members are called progressives, what are PDP members called? or is it that they have no ideology?

I admire his courage. by the way, he performed well considering the odds against him.

some of you here are clueless, don't ever think that getting a 100+ likes on nairaland by castigating the president Will make that self claimed broke cattle rearer become a president, truth be told Buhari haven't showed us any reason to believe is the change We need, am tired of hearing APC condemning the president office, I want him to tell us what he can do to make life better for the people of Nigeria, not by building his house with another mans fallen house, his just being use by a man wiser than him.
didn't gej tell u what he can do? did he eventually do it? it is not about talking and giving wonderful ideas, it is about executing those ideas. I was not born in the 80s so I do not have a first hand knowledge of what buhari did, I only read about them and I see some of them.

but gej I have experienced first hand what his government is like. I'm sure my children wont be impressed when they grow up to read about it.

I have always supported the less dangerous option in Nigerian presidential politics. I will support GEJ for the same reason I supported him the last time: I am afraid of the rest.
The consequences of being eventually wrong about choosing Buhari are just too terrible to bear.
what if this retired general is not the same person who he was back in his military days? what are we going to do? We would have been made serious fools of.

Personally, I am not as disappointed with GEJ as some others are. I never thought he was wonderful. I just was afraid of the consequences of getting the others in
bro, get ur head out of the skies. this idea of islamization is just a mere rhetoric and a ploy to discredit the poor man. if buhari were so desperate to islamize nigeria, he would have adopted more sinister means by jumping from pdp to can and so on. if he wanted an islamic state he would have camped with bh and done what shekau is doing now. not through a democracy which shekau abhors.

if he wanted to islamize the country, he would have done that when he was HOS, when he had absolute power, when he had the military but he didn't.

if he could islamize the country, how do u think he will do that now with the level of political awareness and public sentiment? even considering the people. he has aligned with.

do you, as an enlightened and educated person sincerely believe. that a single man can compel you to become a muslim? do u believe you are that weak to be cowed by a single individual?

for you to know, in this era, the best possible way of the so called islamization is what bh and isis are doing which I do not subscribe to.

finally, if you wont vote in buhari, it is alright, but it shouldn't be because of the so called islamization because it is FALSE. it is a serious deception in oneself and an injustice to the man to assert that he wants to islamize the country. nobody can islamize nigeria, we can only create an atmosphere where we can tolerate one another.

you are a pathological liar. Which well thinking Nigerians are you talking about? Let truth be told, gej has not performed up to expectations bt substituting him with buhari{ a man that fumes at the military for killing dreaded boko haram members} is like porting from France to dwell in Syria. Nigerians will reject him again and again even if he has Obama as his running mate
what about GEJ dat said bh are his brothers and he feels bad when they are bein killed? this i have seen him say during one of his media chat. however I have never seen where buhari got angry that the army is killing bh. what I know he said was just thesame thing transparency intl has been saying about the approach of the govt toward d bh insurgency. so dont use that to claim that he is sympathetic to bh. if u have a better evidence. to nail him, bring it on.
PoliticsRe: Questions General Buhari Must Answer, By Fani-kayode by san316(m): 9:55pm On Dec 13, 2014
what I dont really understand is why they keep using this religious tag against buhari.

1. when gej during a media chat said. "I feel bad when those bh are killed, because they are our brothers" does it make him a by sympathizer? just imagine that GMB said that.

2. gmb only reechoed wat has been said by international organization like transparency intl about the high handsdness wit which d bh menace is being handled wch is making matters worse.

3. when bamanga tukur said. bh r freedom fighters, was he prosecuted. being the then pdp chairman?

4. ok, you said we should not vote GMB because he sponsors bh. so even now that gej has been d president. for 6yrs, we r still suffering from. their attacks n not a single person. has been openly prosecuted not even the so called buhari. so who will end the bh menace?

please ffk I need answers too.

please dont compare aisha buhari and PEJ the difference is clear.
how can you compare someone who schooled in london with a nigerian renowned comic gramarian? a woman. that uses two glasses at thesame time?

Even Turai Yaradua with her limitation. in speech is a million times better than pej talk more of Aisha.

pej should even be ashamed of claiming to have a degree. if she didnt go to school at all, we would have understood.
PoliticsRe: Terrorism Will Never Prevail - Gen. Buhari by san316(m): 8:08pm On Dec 13, 2014
Yes Buhari, they will never succeed. they shall be vanquished. because they have made life unbearable for all.

they have made it difficult for christians to go to church. without fear...

they have made. it difficult for muslims to confidently proclaim their faith without fear of being stereotyped...

they have bred mutual suspicion among the people of Nigeria. they have destroyed. the fabrics of our coexistence.

in the end of course, light shall prevail over darkness and we will jubilate over their dammed carcases and wash them off our history scrolls.

PoliticsRe: If Gej Is From The North And Gmb From The South, Will The North Ask For Change by san316(m): 7:16pm On Dec 13, 2014
if gej were from the north, he would not have been gej. according to him, he would have been an almajiri. so no issue of said almajiri.

if buhari were from the south, he wouldn't have been buhari maybe tompolo or asari. that means he would have been chopping oil money and buying warships.

ultimately, things are the way they are because that's how they are meant to be.

and know. that it is not the north that is demanding change, it is all the reasonable and well thinking nigerians.

I am saddened. by this, seriously. why not fashola?

however, dont bank on igbos, they can reject their fathers for gej. no matter what, you cant appease them with a vp slot.
