As a matter of fact, if she chooses you over the dream of her life a.k.a her carer, I'm sure that her love for you will diminish because you put her in this situation, she'll see you as the wicked man who didn't care about her happiness or the one who stomped on her goals. She'll become angry and bitter, she'll make you see hell on earth, you'll be fed up and you'll divorce...

She'll feel guilty and she'll love me more.
