does anyone even know how much they pay their graduate trainees at DDB? a long time ago on this forum someone said they pay only 40k but after going for the test and seeing their presentation about how its only the best they want to recruit, i find it difficult to believe they'll pay that low. does any one know? holla

that message was meant for pple that have already passed the first screening stage. they started their recruitment process about 2 months ago and this is the second stage, i really dont think gate crashing will pay. but hey feel free. who knows?

DDB has postponed their test to May 5th (next saturday) because of the by elections. i just spoke to someone there and they said they are supposed to send text msgs.

i dont think thats true. i spoke to someone that works there and he said it is an aptitude test. worry about passing that first then u can start brushing ur skills for the interview proper.

i heard that the test is going to be the regular gmat: maths, english and logic. i also heard that they invited a whole bunch of pple so better read hard!

i got the invite as well. i hope its not an aptitude test because i was finally happy that at least a company can actually think outside the box and test for skills that are relevant to the position!!

meanwhile, i'm wondering how come they invited some pple a whole week ago! sometime last week, some pple said they got invites and i was so sad that i didnt get one! i know i actually wrote a good essay and i was very worried. wassup with that? anyways, I'm grateful to God that i eventually got one.

i got an invite for the PZ test as well but they didnt state what time the test would be taking place. she must have mentioned it during the course of our conversation but i really cant remember. does anybody know?

pple in Ibadan, if u havent gotten ur letters and u know u meet the criteria, i strongly suggest that u go to the nearest Red star express office and find out if they are still holding on 2 ur letter. see me worrying that i hadnt received my own, meanwhile, it was in the hands of one incompetent courier guy. when i finally collected it i saw sooo many with him. na wa o

meanwhile, how many pple are writing that test sef? it seems like there are a million and 1 test centres all over the country and how many graudates do they even really want? God help us.

congrats, i heard its ur basic gmat: verbal reasoning, a bit of maths and u'll prob write an essay on current affairs. Good luck. meanwhile, how did u apply and what did u study in school? cus i applied some time ago via their website and still havent heard back from them.

pple, there is no cause for alarm if u have not been contacted. i heard from a very reliable source in their HR unit that a test will be conducted in Feb and that if u are <28yrs old and graduated with a 2.1 and above u will definitely be invited. so, no need for panic just yet.

what position did you apply for? i applied for the brand management position but has not been contacted. do you know if the test is a general one?
