But the advert is on Page 44G of 23rd May Thisday Newspaper as the poster rightly said. It says on there that the online application will be open as from 3rd of June. Does Thisday publish scam adverts? |
odiman: Let other schools emulate from this VC, is a welcome development in the right directionSpot on! You lot are ignoring the substance and chasing shadows. The Acting VC who was a former ASUU chairman has taken a positive step, yet people are attacking the school instead of lauding his efforts at salvaging what is left of the institution. Anyone who attacks IMSU is indirectly attacking the whole Nigerian Universities cos they all have the same modus operandi or even worse. The last time I checked, IMSU is the undisputed number one State University in Nigeria and 10th overall. Although i'm not sure where it currently stands. ...and YES! Lake Nwaebere is my Alma Mater, Thank You! ![]() |
tj-dj:We need to create another site exclusively for hood rats such as this. So raw and Vulgar. So because he wants to keep a tortoise perhaps as a hobby while studying it makes him jobless? I can't wait to see where your "Business" has gotten you. |
Riroeire: No worries and thanks. I haven't received any mail from you checked my spam box too.I've resent it to info@kamhen.com. |
Riroeire: @Sandysprax, It's not an IT security training institute, it works with one though. Kamhen provides information security services. Please note that IT security and Information security are not the same but are closely related.I am not in the country at the moment so we could communicate via the ether. I can't leave my email on here because it's a public forum..(don't wanna get spammed as spammers could harvest emails on here amongst other threats). you can contact me on the email provided and we can exchange details for skype and we can have a chat. That said having a CISM, CISA, CISSP helps, and getting acquainted with security standards like ISO 27001 and ISO 27005 for risk management will help put things in perspective. You have just spoken like a true Information Security Professional. They're very aware of the risks inherent in surfing the web and are therefore always conscious of what they do just like myself. I've sent you an email already. I sent it at about the same time I made my last post. Hoping to hear soon from you. Cheers! |
Riroeire: @Sandysprax. I believe the initial definition was geared towards IT or information security risks. Others have expanded on this as there are other types of risk.Someone mentioned that it's a back office function..I don't see how he came to that conclusion when there is risk management at an enterprise level. You can email info@kamhen.com with specific questions and get some advice. best of luck. Thanks for your response. For the sake of selflessness, I'll post exactly what I'll be mailing to you on here so you can decide which of them is convenient for you to respond to. I hope this arrangement is okay by you? I don't exactly have a question but I was just looking for some pep talk/mentoring basically. I'm looking for entry level positions to kick start my career but like someone here rightly mentioned, it is difficult finding companies here in Nigeria that are willing to accept fresh graduates with little or no experience. I've even resorted to searching for companies that will be willing to absorb me as an intern for which I'm very ready to work for free as my objective is not to make money but to build a career in this area. I've taken the liberty of looking through your website, i.e kamhen.com and it seems to me like an IT Security Training Institute. I can also see that you have an office here in Abuja. Fortunately, I live in Abuja. I'd like for you to book me an appointment to come see you if possible for further discussions about my certification plans. Many thanks. ![]() |
I have a degree in Information Security & Audit which has IT Risk Management & Information Systems Auditing as some of it's modules. I hope to specialize in these areas. No one has mentioned IT Risk Mgt. on this thread so far. This gives me the impression that there are few IT Risk Managers/Professionals in this country. I can do with lots of mentoring from professionals in this regards. Many thanks. ![]() P.S: I intend to start working towards getting CISA Certified. |
henchyk: Please stop spreading fake rumor here. If you are bored, go and find something meaningful to engage yourself in. There is no way the bank will paste the name of successful candidates in front of their gates. This is not post-ume. Besides the instruction they gave us yesterday was that we will all get a text in about 24 hours as to how we fared in the test. Besides they couldnt have pasted any shit today because some people were writing today and methinks they'll want to mark everything at once to know who passed and who didn't. The text will come. Lets give them another 24 hours. The sheer volume of people who wrote the Abuja test was a multitude (compared to other states). So lets give em time. GoodluckPffff....So who pasted the one they saw there today? Your uncle that works there? ![]() |
Bluekapon: There's no negative marking... And don't get intimidated by the questions because they're not that difficult. Study them carefully though. Thanks a millie boss! I'm used to life's intimidation and onslaughts so diamond bank questions should be a walk in the park for me by God's graces. Thanks once more sir. ![]() |
Sequel to the Abuja test invites that came in yesterday, does anyone know if Diamond bank applies negative marking. This is so we know if it's advisable to shade randomly at the elapse of time. |
I'm just coming from there and the guy at the front desk said they stopped collecting last week which I strongly doubt. I asked him to let me go through and hear from the horse's mouth but he wouldn't let me through and said that it was instruction from above. I believe they're doing it for "special candidates"...*sighs* |
Linberry: I'm not sure dis guy is saying the truth.......I heard dey will start scheduling from May. Thank God we r in may already..................hopefully, those dat applied correctly will be called IJN.................amen.Are u suggesting that he's lying? U don't even have an idea who he is. He said his uncle applied for him. Do u know the length of his uncle's legs? He's the only one that has gotten the invite which gives me the impression that his uncle may have influenced it somehow. I applied for the same position he was called for and I'm yet to get invite btw |
grim and evil: ^^^what of going to gtbank head office,Thought of it too but I can't quite figure which of their branches is the Head or Admin office here in Abuja. At any rate, I'll find out from any of their branches. |

olumaxi: i culd read so many errors in dat text dat u claimed NIMC sent to u..am sure it must b bokoharam dat sent u dat msgThought I was the only one who observed it. Let's hope it wasn't a scam text. |

omotee 90: plss can anyone help me wit the address of diamond bank trainning skl in abuja. ThanksI'm just coming from there now and the seeming unenthusiastic lady at the front desk told me they had stopped collecting CVs |
How did u apply? I remember they called for CVs to be sent to hcm@wemabank.com last month or thereabouts which I did and i'm still yet to be called. |
This sounds good. hcm@wemabank.com recruitment@firs.gov.ng careers@total.com.ng recruitment@mariestopes.org.ng jobs@acciomfb.com |

Shollypopz: Why are y'all telling him the answer when I was the one that asked the question, don't I deserve to know?Loool...Omoh see Gobe again! |
abiL: It means wahala (trouble).Which even makes me Righter. Somethings are self explanatory to the non-simpletons. |
ItsModella: According to some comment on youtube, it means fight/riot.Aha! Many thanks ma'am. Going by this, I was right to have used it in that context. |
Shollypopz: Lol, I don't know, that's why I'm asking.Till a verifiable meaning to it is found, I henceforth assume it to mean trouble. Especially when ur boss's woman seduces u with big big things according to the video. ![]() |
Shollypopz: Why are u using a word when u aren't sure of the meaning?Guess it sounds cool and from the storyline of the video, It's most likely a new slang for trouble. ![]() What does it mean sir? Let me be ur student for a minute? |
Shollypopz: What does Gobe mean?Ask Davido but i'm guessing trouble. |
abiL: Defo ...Chai! Omoh see Gobe! |
