MacLovington: .

On a busy day you see a lot of black people? Is it not what you would see at Ikoyi? Would that make Ikoyi a refugee camp?
Black people who look hungry and un-kept? This is the world famous London we are talking about here. People who leave outside often have very flamboyant images of it in their imaginations.

FashionRe: CAMOUFLAGE CLOTHES: Is It Illegal For Civilians In Nigeria?! by sandysprax(m): 1:47pm On Apr 03, 2013
claremont: Nigeria still remains one of the few lawless countries where citizens are regularly assaulted by people who have sworn an oath to protect them. In the UK, every John Doe can legally buy the British Army complete regalia on sites such as Ebay. The law doesn't stop anyone from wearing whatever he/she wants to wear.

I could be wrong, but I'm not aware that there is a specific part of the Nigerian constitution that says it is unlawful for a Nigerian citizen to wear camouflage-type clothes. Nigerian soldiers who assault citizens that wear this type of clothing are not only undisciplined, but are also a reflection of the lawless nature of the Nigerian society.
I'm telling u bro. I weep at the way every riff raff in Uniform treats helpless and peasant civilians in this country. I've sworn that God willing, my kids will not grow up in this jungle called Nigeria cos I would rather die than watch any beast maltreat my daughters in my presence.

I worked with G4S at the just concluded London 2012 Olympics alongside the military and armed policemen. Even as an ordinary guard, I could tell soldiers not to pass a certain area and they would apologize and simply take another route which is an impossibility in Nigeria. They see themselves there as servants of the people rather than mini gods.

The problem still boils down to law enforcement and the lack of it. Cos I think, In the UK, the fear of the law always keeps everyone in check be u military, civilian or even govt official. Only the Queen is sacred when the law is concerned.

phemywise: The que. Is did u finish filling the form? And did u agree to the terms and condition bla bla bla under and clicked on final submission? If u did den there is notin u can do abt dat again. If u try loggin in it will only take u to the page where u can print the attestation and photocard and not the main registration page, well dats wot is displayin on my page don't kno abt urs u can try sha. And pls guys be extra carefull while fillin it cos u can't register twice, u may av to wait till next year. Gud mornin my wonderful friends. Pls let's share our experiences 2day here, may God help us. Aluta Continua Victoria Ascerta!
That's the case with mine too. When I log in, It only takes me to the place where i'm required to print and get certain documents signed by different organisaitons; the court, local govt, parents, etc.

I didn't know that agreeing to the terms and conditions will finally submit the form. I had the intention of coming back to fill that part when I had made up my mind about it. Dunno if this will cause me any hassles.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nigerian Army DSSC And SCC 2013 Recruitment Is Out! by sandysprax(m): 1:53am On Apr 03, 2013
Guys i got today at Ecobank Emab Plaza, Wuse 2, Abuja and registered this afternoon around 1PM, My reg number is 007* (Don't wanna give the last digit out to be on a safe side). I went back to get for someone and they were experiencing network difficulties so I couldn't get.

I made a mistake while filling the form though. I didn't know that signing the attestation would submit the form as I didn't select any Corps or Service from the drop down menu. I was hoping to come back and fill it when I had made up my mind. Will this affect my application in anyway??

PoliticsRe: Boko-Haram: Northern Traditional-Rulers Back Amnesty by sandysprax(m): 2:05am On Mar 31, 2013
Blueboy0402: Boko boys are not looking for amnesty. They have been brain-washed are more interested in the 72 virgins allah will reward them in paradise. It is the sponsors of these boys that want amnesty because "water don pass garri".
Spot on. Let the Boko Haram leaders go to Aso Rock and table their demands themselves. I'm sure Mr President will be delighted to meet them one on one.

After foolishly destroying their homeland, they're looking for ways to rebuild. Jonathan will further make a fool of himself if he grants these people their wish.

PoliticsRe: North Insists On Amnesty For Boko-Haram- 247news by sandysprax(m): 10:21am On Mar 11, 2013
This whole thing is beginning to add up. How come none of these northern traditional and religious leaders have openly condemned the killing of innocent Christians in mass?? Including the ex soldier in the person of the sultan of Sokoto. MEND fought a very justifiable course, and their targets where foreign expatriates whom where staff of the oil companies that desecrated their land with impunity and without compensation. Boko Haram on the flip side, is fighting against western education and killing random innocent Christians in mass. May the world end if Jonathan grant these blood thirsty demons amnesty.

I dont know guys but i'm pretty sure i wrote the test twice and both scores were recorded in the panel tab of the site. How can they disqualify me for their own incompetence cos if it was meant to be written once, the system should not have even allowed me take it again.

Audinowing: Sandy pls what are the questions like? Are they numerical or grammartical?
There are 30 questions to answer in 10mins. They're not hard but U need to be prepared. There were about 3 or 4 calculation questions but i wasn't prepared for them so i skipped them. Then the rest were grammatical and logical reasoning questions.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Has Anyone Been Able To Collect FJSC Forms? by sandysprax(m): 1:42pm On Jan 28, 2013
I was there on friday last week and the whole place was chaotic. They were just running around with the forms as at 2PM that day and crowds kept running along with them each time. I waited to see if things will improve but when they finally settled a bit to issue out the forms, they were demanding for photocopy of NYSC discharge certificate which i didnt have at the time so i bailed. I'm on my way back there now.
