In as much as a credible Igbo presidency will equate

1. Absolute Economic development of Nigeria.
Unlike the last guys who prefer to empty the treasury and finish the economy.

2. 8 years igbo presidency will be empowering the Igbo tribe which will accumulate to about 22 more years after the 8 years. Due to the business prowess of the tribe.

3. A further emancipation of the west African region of which the French will sternly frown.

4. When the Igbo decides to take a step towards the improvement of the wellbeing of people. They will definitely step on toes. The us. Britain. France and any other stubborn or anti progressive African nation.

The Igbo is Nigeria's only hope for emancipation.

That is why it's seems like and unwritten rule or law for a true Igbo not to become president

Obi and his lawyers are running round in circles to the amusement of intelligent Nigerians.

1. This was a civil forfeiture and it happens everyday in America with overzealous law enforcement agents.

2. Since it's not a criminal conviction and forfeiture, many Americans prefer not to challenge since the legal fees are likely to be more than the confiscated property or money.

3. This happened some 30 something years ago and it has never been admitted by a Nigerian law court. America and Nigeria have different legal systems and that's why Tinubu came to the Tribunal with a witness who was a qualified American lawyer to explain what is meant by civil forfeiture in America.

4. Obi didn't come to the Tribunal with any American lawyer nor did he invite American law enforcement officials to testify for him.

5. Even if it was a criminal conviction, the Nigerian Constitution stipulated that such a person could contest for public office after 10 years. In America presently, President Donald Trump is set to contest for President next year despite his conviction. There are always clauses and clauses to explore in the legal system.

6. The Inspector General of Police of Nigeria wrote the FBI in 2003 to ask them if Bola Tinubu had a criminal record in the U.S. The reply from the State Department was negative. A copy of the reply has been tendered at the ongoing Tribunal. So, it's basically a no-case.

7. Obi's and his minions claim he won the election, but his lawyers have not been able to prove how he won it, other than trying to get Tinubu disqualified.

8. I dare say if the election is conducted 500 times, Obi cannot win. If it's Obi vs. Atiku, Obi cannot see draw. He can continue to deceive his gullible people till thy kingdom come.

In what seems like the order of the tribunal, all the electoral materials that INEC used in the conduct of Kaduna governorship election has been brought to court.

It is so disheartening to see that INEC would still conduct an unacceptable election in 2023 after the appreciable improvements they showed with the conducts of Edo, Anambra, Ekiti and Osun elections.

In fact, in Edo and Ekiti, the result was so transparent that the candidates who lost the election did not even approach the tribunal.

In Anambra, the candidate of the PDP who came second, saw no need approaching the tribunal as he saw that he truly lost the election through a transparent process. Only the candidate of the APC was expressing overzealousness and possibly hoping to become governor through the backdoor before the Supreme Court quashed his candidacy.

But fast forward to 2023, INEC abandoned these gains and went back to as things were during the analog era when they manipulated results to favour a predetermined outcome which is why there seem to be myriads of litigation all over the country as it regards the election; from House of Assembly, to House of Rep, to Senators, to Governorship and ultimately the presidential election, none was transparent enough that every candidate could agree on its outcome.

The Electoral 2022 was introduced to help bring transparency into our election. It introduced such digital facilities such as the BVAS and IREV and mandated electronic transfer/transmission of votes.

If this had been followed, it would have been like the public scoreboard in football stadium where the goals are written as they are scored and everyone in the stadium can see it. The referee and the match officials will not use the scoreboard to record the outcome of the match because they have their own record, but their own record cannot be different from what was displayed on the scoreboard and seen by everyone.

At the end of the match each side goes home satisfied that at least his team did not score goals and it wasn’t recorded for them; everything was transparent.

Why was transparency easy for INEC in Edo, Anambra, Ekiti and Osun but became difficult in general election?

Why did INEC regress rather than progress?

Rantings of an ignorant ant. Were you living inside a hole when the SDP candidate in Ekiti went to the election petition tribunals to institute a case against the governorship election?

And even a toddler knows that the last presidential election was the best in the history of this country bar the rigmarole from Wike in Rivers State. If APC wanted to rig in their strongholds, they would have rigged for Tinubu in Lagos, just like Obi padded his votes in core Igbo states.

There was no way APC would have planned to rig and they would have left Osun and Lagos out their plans. No way.

Let's even assume that the election was rigged. The question is: if the election is reconducted 1000 times, will Obi be able to secure votes in the Northwest, Northeast, Southwest (outside Lagos) and Kwara? Obi cannot secure 18% of total votes in any of those states. His ambition remains a pipe dream.

Igbos are the ones making noise about this 25% clause ooo.

One 'charge and bail' Igbo lawyer claimed Olanipekun should have cited the Osun case even when more than 10 different cases including the Oyetola vs. Adeleke case were cited.

In the said Osun case, the Supreme Court let us know that electronic transmission of results couldn't be substituted for manual collation of results. In fact, Oyetola's legal team relied on the BVAS server reports to argue their case, but their appeal was thrown out because the learned judges said they didn't call the presiding officers as witnesses to show there was overvoting in the election. I don't understand why Obi supporters now think this landmark judgement could help their case rather than destroy it.

Reading through the written address of Tinubu and Shettima lawyers at the ongoing election petition tribunal led by supposed respected senior lawyer Wole Olanipekun, one can’t help but giggle at the hollowness and shallowness of their defense.

In the address, Mr Olanipekun was busy citing the case of Shagari vs Awolowo that happened as far back as 1979 under the 1979 Constitution and in election conducted by FEDECO, as our electoral commission was called then.

Since 1979, we’ve have had many reformations to our electoral laws and have even changed our constitution.

If anything, the most relevant case as far as election cases are concerned in Nigeria today, is the Supreme Court ruling in Osun in case of Oyetola vs Adeleke. This case is the most relevant because it is the only Supreme Court decision since the Electoral Act 2022 came into force.

Ironically, Mr Olanipekun surreptitiously ignored the Osun case which has a lot of similarities with the case at PEPT as they both bother on the place of technology in our election and to what degree INEC can choose to apply or ignore technology in our elections.

It is pertinent to state these things for the world to hear, read and see, so that we all keep an eye on the judiciary and see what comes out it.

Remember that it is not enough to do justice, justice must also be seen to have been done.

So, what did he cite from the 1979 judgement and how relevant is it to the Osun case?

Look, many of you are clever by half. You cannot even post what he cited yet you're blabbing that he cited from 1979 blah blah blah...

Anyone following the legal fireworks at the PEPT, within the past few weeks can predict with some high degree of certainty that Mr. Asiwaju Govt would be thrown out, permanently or at least temporarily.

The reasons are quite clear; they could not articulate a grand response to the accusations of electoral heists, qualification questions, perjury, frauds and INEC non adherence to guidelines. The three respondence; Asiwaju, APC & INEC could not respond appropriately. To compound their woes, EU, a major financier of Nigerian elections have released a damning report; in summary, INEC under Prof Yaks cheated for the ruling party!

Even if the judges want to help them, I'm pretty sure their hands are now tied because the whole world can see how shallow, myopic and stupid their legal response was. Witnesses were simply indicting Asiwaju faster than you can drink fanta! The only option they gat was to hurriedly closed their response before more witnesses further compound their woes!

This is not to talk of the embarrassment their legal team led by Oga Wole Olanipku faced when without warning all three witnesses refused to show up in court at the same time! The only witness who agreed to come; a fake pastor who refused to even touch the Bible he plies his trade with, and some other lewd fellow; a so called senator with background in Law. This senator called Bamidele, who I believe had some up bringing in the States, not only destroyed the little doubt left, but also confirmed what is public knowledge. That indeed Asiwaju is a convict whether civil or criminal, that's not the issue. He's a convict. Whole hwa!!!.
So much for Jagaban of Bourdilion! The end is truly near for this mercurial politician who held Lagos in a vice like grip since 1999!

On the other part,
Obidients should Start Preparing for a possible Rerun: Asiwaju knows this! This is the best he can get from the honorable judges!

LP & HE Peter Obi have proved their case beyond reasonable doubt, and APC, INEC and Asiwaju could not even acquire 3 willing, sane witnesses each against the PDP & LP.... So much for the paper tiger of Bourdilion.

All Lovers of democracy worldwide wish there won't be a rerun, but rather a declaration that HE Peter Obi indeed won the election fair & square!

So what are we to do?
Firstly we must retrospect and understand that obidients have achieved what we call "Critical Mass" in physics. This Mass is formidable in enforcement of the Right way of doing things.

What is the right way? A credible INEC, with an unbiased posture, and a guideline everyone must strictly adhere to. Elections must be collate, announced under video at PU and upload real time for anyone to view, 20 minutes after close of elections. Simple.

With this set up, a crooked, highly dishonest Prof like Mahmud INEC chairman won't have the time to manipulate the figures or if another crook is sneaked in, the figures won't add up. Imagine after months elections was conducted they couldn't upload all results because the figures refused to add up!

Next, we must exert pressure on INEC. The campaign should be, Prof Yaks should go! Mr. Okoye should go! All top management that allowed this broad day light heist should go. They should be made to face prosecution, at least for derelict of duty! All of them. That way a msg would be passed to the new INEC chairman, eat corn, go to jail.

A credible team from ethnic minority should be assembled and the election entrusted to them. Don't forget the ethnic minorities are the most oppressed in Nigeria. Think of what is going on in North Central & far North. Time to allow these folks determine the leaders of Nigeria. Igbo, Fulani, Yoruba don try.

No Yoruba, no Hausa-fulani, no Igbo as INEC chairman in the coming fresh elections. An election guideline should be issued. A date announced and let the party begin. Anyone who tries to induce voters with money, or cart away ballot box should be lynched on the spot & feed to hungry lions at the zoo. Even if he's a soldier or policeman. If suffer no dey tired am, make he continue am for lion belle, heaven or hell or anywhere he see himself.

Any result that is not uploaded real time after close of voting should be collected from the PU officer, announced and the PU officer made to announce his name, rank and the results before giving it back to him to take to the collation center.

If you dey do charm, make sure you load your with it, as guns are not allowed.
There's a reason why the West allows individuals to own guns..... Since guns are allowed, charms, amulet, are a veritable option!
Anyone who disrupt the election whether uniform man or not, after the election, make sure to do a follow-up on the fool!

Nigeria must be reset by 🔥, by force.

Obiiiidiiiiots always make noise like empty barrels. So Senator Opeyemi Bamidele who testified for Tinubu at the PEPT also didn't show up? I daresay many among you following that Obi are educated illiterates.

SRJ does not need to be on the Front Row for his prayers to be in Tinubu's Team would be answered ....

BUT where he displayed a gross low level of maturity & belief in Islamic tenets is in one one of his media responses that he refused to be treated that way in a structure he contributed ( presumably above average) to its construction (not good enough for someone who started his quest for tertiary education with admission for a degree in Islamic Studies before Allah guided him into Legal studies ) ....

May Allah forgive his inadequacies & show him the path of moderation ....

As Head of Oyetola's campaign he boasted that it is not possible for an incumbent to be toppled, the rest is history, yet he is still threading provocative paths ...

If you can't write good English, then write in Yoruba language.

Bashiru wasn't a legal assistant in Banire's chamber. Banire himself was a commissioner in Lagos as at that time. Moreover, Bashiru had built his house in Okinni and Lagos before Aregbe himself contested for governor in 2007. So, he wasn't a pauper begging for peanuts as at that time. Aregbe was hosted in Bashiru's house in Osun State before the 2007 election.

If you read the press release from Chief Tunde Badmus, he blamed attention seeking politicians for mishandling the governor's protocol. Why should Muniru be the one telling people where to sit or stand when the governor has his own protocol officials?

The Hausas will think twice before entrusting someone like Obi with power. More so, Obi's major campaign gimmick involved the incitement of Churches to retake their country. By this, Obi faces two hurdles: he is Igbo (Hausas don't trust Igbos) and he is a Christian who uses churches for campaign.

Even as at that....we all know who won

1)All educated youth in Nigeria are aware...
Name two states or region with educated, Liberal, intelligent, enlightened and exposed people
Definitely it will be lagos and Abuja right!
And obi won those states
2) the three major contestants were from the three major region...atiku(hausa), tinubu( yoruba), obi(igbo)
So the South South were in a better position to choose because no one among the contestants were their brother....and guess what the South South chose obi
3) osun state is the home of tinubu and yet tinubu lose am because osun state is some how seen as the most educated place in South west...which means tinubu is not even supposed to be among the contestants..not to talk of becoming the president
So if you are a Nigerian youth and you can't figure out this simple truth then your education is a total waste and you need to collect your school fees from any tertiary institution you finished from...hold your head in shame

Reread the trash you posted and tell us if it makes sense.

1. How could Osun be the home of Tinubu? He has never lived in Osun nor voted there.

2. Obi won in Lagos and perhaps Abuja because of the pro-Biafra sentiments of Igbo marginalization and the Muslim/Muslim propaganda mounted by his 'yes daddies' in the Southern Pentecostal Churches. Nothing more, nothing less.

3. Lagos and Abuja don't make up the entire country. Only a complete dunce will concentrate his campaigns on the Christian-dominated areas while neglecting the vote-rich North west, south west outside Lagos, North east.

4. If the election is conducted 50 times, Obi will lose 59 times because there is no magic he can use to secure the 25% requirement in 25 states. He can only have substantial votes in Lagos out of the 6 states in the South west zone. In the North west, he will never secure 25% in any state. In the North east, he will never secure 25% in any state. In the North Central, he will never secure 25% in Kwara, Kogi, and Niger. So, he can never secure 25% in up to 19 states.

Stop fooling yourself with inanities on social media. No way for Obi.
