Oh ! Not again! And it is those who fooled and goaded PMB into starting this unnecessary war with the militants that will come here now and shout the loudest. Between those who advised PMB against starting this war of attrition with the militants and those who clapped and hailed him to go ahead, time is already showing who is more PATRIOTIC. |
They said they have recovered over N3trn yet they are still borrowing. They said they borrowed $2b from China and made Nigeria the clearing house for the yuan in Africa, yet they re still borrowing. They have planned to sell the national assets to themselves thru proxy buyers, yet they are still borrowing. They said oil output has increased despite the bombings, yet they are still borrowing. Crude oil prices have been rising over the months, yet they are still borrowing. Can the zombies please tell us something about this? Is there a maths or an advanced economic logic that most of us here are not getting? |

Distractions from the policy incompetence. Try her in the court of law if u truly have any evidence and not on the pages of newspapers just to distract us KEEP THE TRIAL ON THE MEDIA FOR THE BLUNT FOOLS WHO HAIL CHEAP PROPAGANDA LIKE THIS. I WILL ONKY HAIL YOU WHEN YOU LAWFULLY CONVICT HER. Oby Ezekwesili wrote: I still find it funny that most people don't know why Nigeria economy went into recession, they love the incompetent lies of Lai Mohammed about the past government ruining everything. It's also myopic to think that if Jonathan were to still be in power, we would be worse off. The truth about Nigeria's recession is this; it was caused by the president's unguided rhetoric and uncultured body language. Firstly, there is nothing we are buying today that we weren't buying 5 years ago, therefore it's not our purchase that put pressure on Naira but withdrawal of funds by foreign investors. After the election, the president created instability with his unguided statements about how everyone is corrupt and how everyone is going to jail. The instability made foreign investors to liquidate their investment and change their money to dollars. In the process of trying to flee, they were willing to buy dollars at any price, which lead to high exchange dollar rate. Even though some of them were not ready to run away, but want their money in dollars to save their investments from devaluation, the president gave a bad signal by banning deposit of foreign currency into dormiciliary accounts. That was enough for free market believers to see the draconian handwriting on the wall, that was the beginning of dollar rush. To make matters worse, the president came up with another outrageous policy of rationing dollar to certain sectors and blocking many sectors out. That was the nail in the coffin which facilitated the emergence of free FALL. In the end, foreign investors took over $80B out of the economy within a short period and everything went down to free fall. To those who believe it will be worse if Jonathan is still there, you are all wrong. Policy continuity and political stability will not let billions of dollars leave our shores within such tiny time frame. Even though the government might have income shortage, the private sector will weather the storm by their confidence in the market. The fear of the unknown created by PMB is responsible for the economic downturn not low oil price. Interest rate in America is currently at 0.5% while it is 12% in Nigeria. JP Morgan Chase will not mind borrowing $50 billion from Feds at 0.5 and put in Nigeria for return of %2000 profit. Citi bank will do the same, likewise US Bank Corp. Chase gave Buhari warning about the repercussions of his fixing policy before they pulled out, but his illiterate cyber warriors and misseducated e-soldiers said JP MORGAN can go to hell, they no longer believe in economic metrics since their messiah is in charge. Funny enough they are all suffering today because of the stupid policy, but they find relief by blaming it on past administration and Gucci appetite of average Nigerians. For your information, if your president "kontunu" with his unguided rhetoric, Naira will go down to N1000/1 $. But we thank God, he is no talking less now. Copied. . |
Never underestimate the influence of who raised a child, nor must you underestimate the effects of a broken home on a child |
If you see her as a role model, then let her be your daughter's role model but surely not to mine . Case closed daniella04: |
And you lack the simple discipline to make intelligent argument without throwing insults or getting violent ? Its important to let you know that the kind of information and propaganda this govt throws at us shows that they have little regard for our intelligence and it's people like you that validate their belief. Ordinary police stations do recover more than that amount and nobody gets to read it in the news . I guess the essence of this news was for us to clap and say the govt is working ....... meanwhile the entire country is sinking economically because this govt has been on a wild goose chase right from its birth . Are u surprised we are in a recession under a govt that preferred to employ too many media aides for propaganda dissemination instead of employing economic aides ? Ur reasoning is one of the reasons why they think that that decision was right. I support anticorruption 100% but reject sensationalism, distractions and deceit. The EFCC, ICPC and police should be allowed to carry on with their works while the govt concentrates on forging out good economic policies and how better to rule us instead of focusing on deception And sensationalism amagunnerfan: |
Propaganda news. Is this the one hundred trillion billion that Buhari traced? Is this what led us into a recession? How many of the traced money has been recovered since About 18months of this wicked propaganda and how many people have been convicted consequently? This govt should please concentrate on showing us what they are doing to improve the economy and the lives of ordinary Nigerians while leaving their Propaganda for the ZOMBIES |
Tokunbo bad choices. Bad decisions all from low self-esteem.SHE MIGHT BE A MODEL BUT SHE'S NOT A GOOD ROLE MODEL FOR THE YOUNGER ONES . Cute pics though |
I can't believe that I share the same human nature with a beast like this. How can you justify a family not being able to afford a pot of rice for their kids because affording rice in the past regime was a sign that corruption existed? How can u say that a man who withdrew his child from school because his company folded up making him to become one of the 4.6m Nigerians that have lost their jobs under Buhari, as a sign that there is no more corruption? How can u justify the inability of Nigerians to afford the basic necessities of life that even beggars in nearby countries take for granted as a sign that Buhari is fighting corruption? I guess this write up was made to taunt and mock the suffering and dying masses. I URGE EVERY NLDER TO LAY A CURSE ON THIS BEAST FOR HE DESERVES NO PLACE AMIDST HUMANITY siraj1402: |
The comedy of empty and deniable promises continues. The only thing not funny about this particular comedy is the reference to 2019 which perhaps insinuates an intent to go for a 2nd tenure when we are yet to survive this first one. |
Ha ha ha ! This govt is good at what it knows best how to do. First they formed a breakaway NDA, now they have conjured up a breakaway IPOB group. Our brains are being washed with media hypes. Am not a fan of either groups but at times, the truth need to be told so that they don't think we all are dunces that can believe anything. |
I have a similar computer game |
The unending ingenious distraction strategy continues. In the absence of any reasonable economic and development policies. They wasted 18months claiming to wage war on corruption, arrested anyone who criticized their bad policies but have not been able to convict a single individual or give a transparent account of the bogus claims of loot recovery. Yet Nigerians are still clapping for them. The SW Media colludes by deliberately keeping mute on all these for reasons best known to them. The only assuaging fact here is that all of us are passing through the consequences of this govt's unpreparedness same time and eventually, am afraid, it might boil down to the survival of the fittest and the elimination of the unfit |
Nice reply to black hypocrites |
THERE SEEMS TO BE A HUGE CONSPIRACY HERE. THEY CONSPIRED TO PREFER ALLOCATING THE ALREADY SCARCE DOLLARS FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES INSTEAD OF PRIORITIZING ECONOMY OVER RELIGION. I AGREE WITH YOU. ITS A CONSPIRACY . ![]() HungerBAD: |

Oga the bone of contention is the word FATWA . please address it and leave all these rigmaroles. I am sure u know what FATWA means , don't you? quote author=ibson99 post=48285077] wat is dis one saying? How many times have you heard" ISIS and Bokoharam are not muslims, they are enemies of Islam". muslims say it everyday you just have to choose to listen.[/quote] |
.....lf Al Barnawi is projecting Islam in bad light, that means he is an enemy Islam. So I ask : at what point exactly do Muslims issue fatwa on people who openly desecrate their religion? |
.....lf All barnawi is projecting Islam in bad light, that means he is an enemy Islam. So I ask : at what point exactly do Muslims issue fatwa on people who openly desecrate their religion? |
So why doesn't one kill the other so that we can be left with only one PROBLEM to handle? ![]() |
If GEJ is the cause of the inability of this Buhari's regime getting anything rightly done, then GEJ is the cause of all these internal fights that we all know has always been the reason why this regime has failed in all its frontiers. Remember it took them nearly 7months to agree on how to form their cabinet.......by which time foreign investors had fled from Nigeria with over N3.2t naira out of fear that the new govt lacked clear-cut economic policy. About a month later, another group left with about N411b. And u expect this economy not to crumble? Yes, we blame GEJ!!!!!!! We will continue to blame him until Nigerians start eating sands and sticks and maybe humans. Maybe thereafter , we will get wiser and reason like humans. Mind you, I never voted for GEJ |
Ok |
GEJ regime also embezzled the intelligence needed to organize the Rio team and clothe them well. |
So ijaws no longer fled because of the aerial bombardment by the Nigerian military that killed hundreds of them few day ago? Now history has just been rewritten that they ran away because of the OPc. Now I agree that the Yorubas own the media . But the OPc has always been there for all these decades that these ijaws had been operating in that same region. I tire ooo. I think black intelligence might have been overrated |
