Good morning guys!
I’d like to ask a few questions regarding a routine i set for myself due to dermatologic issues which is “water therapy” and i’ll be really grateful if I get helpful and insightful answers.
So I started out this routine a few days ago Saturday to be precise. But before I started I had already done some research on how much water one can consume per day and I got answers from different medical consultants online, some advised 2 litres per day some advised 3 litres but here is the thing that baffles me and I find it really debilitating, I drink more than that prescriptions I got online, at times I drink close to 6-8litres which I know is ‘over sabi’ and the most tiring and scary thing is the frequent urination and I also find it difficult sleeping at night due to this frequent urination. Please medical experts in the house should I continue without fear?? The main scare is the distress of that frequent urination that disrupts my sleep at night. Thank you for your kind answers in advance!
