Please the carbagoline, if its 1mg you should break the tablet into two equal halves, take one half first then you can take the remaining half within 3/4 days interval. But if its 0.5mg then you can take two in a week still within 3/4days interval. Also try to do the lemon and warm water therapy every morning to help your system work better.

Thanks mamas God bless you really good. I really key into these words of encouragement. I just can't shake the feelings off and if I ignore my guts feelings its usually sad at the end. Had all the symptoms am having now September/October last year and even when I suggested it to one of the doctors he said I should reject saying such. I ended up with an ectopic that had been ruptured for six days if not God. My fertility doctor was sad that I didn't consult him in time. Now he's been following me up yet has refused to take drastic measures. Well God is in charge now and always.
Prayers is the key, I will keep calling until baba God picks up my calls.

I had a chronic ruptured ectopic pregnancy that led to emergency surgery and cost me my left tube, I still came out of the theater singing praises. I went for hsg in March, in short that was the longest and most painful hsg I had ever done , everything was ok and right tube was confirmed patent with normal spillage.
Saw AF last on 21st of March, now AF has refused to come, had preggy symptoms and did serum pt, faint positive, doctor insisted on urine pt and its negative, did scan nothing was seen only cysts and fluid in pouch of douglas by the right, had a repeat scan yesterday yet nothing. And am having off and on pains on my right side. Suspecting it may be another ectopic because that's how it started last time, just confused and unhappy. Told doctor to administer methotrexate but the man said he's playing safe. Instead he gave me primolut N.

Well miscarriages can be caused by many factors, I will advise you work with a good gynecologist to know the root cause and overcome it. Some of the factors that causes miscarriages of which I know of are
Low progesterone production
Rhesus factor
Remnants of previous conception still in the uterus
Stress: both physical, emotional, psychological.
Sex in some cases
Open cervix (OS)
Spiritual forces
A shift of the uterus to another direction
Fibroids(mostly intramural)
Etc.

@ Omowumigan, congratulations mama. Its actually difficult but my advice is don't loose hope. I have had stillbirth, IUFD, ectopic pregnancy and mcs, but am I throwing in the towel? No way yes it gets to a stage the joy and euphoria is always tinged with fear but keep trusting and believing that this has come to stay. Please try not to stress yourself, I will still advice you go see a doctor, if possible have a weekly scan to know if the OS opens along the way so that something can be done.

@zaynie, the child was taken to hospital oh pediatrician said she's ok. No fever, no weakness, she's been on ort since last week. Done tests nothing is wrong. Doctor said its a phase, maybe the body trying to clean up.

@ modath, the vomiting comes on its own but at times its also triggered by baby putting her hands into her mouth.

Well we're still watching for any signs of fever or weakness, so the doctor advised.

My neighbors one year old baby has been stooling and also vomits sometimes.
The baby has been taken to the pediatrician and rancotrim was prescribed. The stooling is still there, did culture no growth. Doctor has prescribed septrin yesterday evening yet the baby puts her hand in her mouth and vomit immediately she finish eating or taking the drugs. Her mother is frustrated and crying, upset and shouting at the child I had to quickly take the baby from her, calmed her down and told her I will try to get answers from here. Please come to our aid.

Its possible that you conceive but loose it even before you know and this may be due to progesterone insufficiency. I will advise you start folic acid and maybe 50mg of vit B6 or you can also try out the Omega 3 6 9 combo. Just relax and enjoy hubby for now and before you know it "BOOM" belle don enter .

@ Towerofgrace, I used fertilaid two years back and my cycle shifted from 26 to 32 days. I was even thinking its a bfp only to run a test and it was a bfn. Hmmm besides am your cycle buddy my last af was 21st March and today is day 30. I still dey wait. Please s it blood pt or urine pt that you used to check?

I leave in PH and has never used any of the clinics, but from ivf thread you can get better answers because I have seen mamas over there recommending bridge too.

I decided to go back to general hospital today, infact d gynea i saw was a very patient man, I really loved d way he attended to Me with lots of diagram to back it up.

He said my high progesteron is as a result of stimulating drugs that my ovaries are hyperstimulated. After so much biology class we decided to treat infection, prolactin and progesteron so he prescribe METFORMIN 500mg(to be use twice daily for 2 months) , BROMOCRIPTINE(to be use once daily for 2 months) and DOXYCYCLINE 100mg,FLAGYL 400mg(to be used for 2weeks)

I pray the Lord will have rewarded my effort with a BFP testimony before my next appointment

I've been having dis weird pain after ovulation for two cycles now.im on day 16 of a 28 day cycle.but the pains I go through in my body is somehow crazy.my boobs hurt a lot and my womb feels lyk it wants to fall out.i have lower abdominal cramps though it's dull but I feel It more when i walk and then the pinching in that lower place no be here.im so scared dis pain Is going to continue till AF cos it happened 2 cycles in a row for 2 weeks DPO,

The best option would have been to see a doctor or even do a scan within that period, but since finance is tight right now,
It is well with you mama. Well I have never experienced such, but since it starts two weeks before af, why not take paracetamol, it may Not give you instant relief but over time it works. Or you can take other NSAIDs like ibuprofen. You may also want to try Feldene or felvin since you are not TTC now.

@ mumigrace, please check pcv level, psychological stress and physical stress like if the weather is too hot and I am sweating while sleeping I do experience such. It may also be a reaction to a drug or supplements.

@ fvine, thanks for the post, actually am using the b6 as a stress relief, to lengthen luteal phase and may also need it to boost progesterone levels overtime. Considering ovulation induction or iui in May.

As for your results, I can see Ovamit ( it's a brand of clomiphene citrate) to be taken for 5days
Dexa to be taken twice for 7 days (14)
B6 to be taken twice daily for 7days (14)
M2tone to be taken twice daily ( 2 tablets each time giving 4 tablets in a day) for 5 days

@ liliamaka2003, I believe the reviews you read online were not all negative, there are positive ones too especially from this group, nothing good comes easy oh. Just pray and believe yours will have a positive effect, then insert it.

From my little understanding vit B6 helps to lengthen luteal phase and also increases progesterone production.
I started taking 50mg immediately after my last Af. I think it should be taken all through the cycle but can also be paused as soon as AF comes out.


As for the sharp pain I never used to experience such nor the spotting, started 3 months post surgery, was concerned if all was ok, did hsg to ensure that tubal blockage or cervical adhesion is ruled out. Doctor advised I take paracetamol whenever the pain comes. But surprisingly no pms, spotting or sharp pains yet so I want to believe the b6 is doing something.

Even though the popcorn are all put in the same pot at the same time, in the same oil under the same fire, they don't all pop at the same time. Each has its own time, TTC is frustrating but lets not get discouraged, our time will come and we will all move to the pregnancy thread one after the other.

@ mama Fvine and Diamond, you both are on point with low progesterone causing spotting before af, I have been experiencing it too. But after my last AF I started taking b6, and although af is due today am yet to see any spotting or sharp pain like I have been experiencing for the past 4 months.
